Sarah M. is absolutely wonderful. I have always hated the shampooing/ wash part, however Sarah’s scalp massage was so relaxing. She was so patient and meticulous, extremely careful not to pull my hair, as my scalp is very sensitive. She very carefully cut my hair and is clearly very skilled. I left feeling great with a great cut - I plan to be a regular with Sarah. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment today with Richard and received the best haircut I've had in it seems like forever. He took the time to listen and explained what he was doing every step of the way. More importantly I was treated with dignity and made to feel my opinion mattered! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you once again Richard.

Went to the langley location and Orvell was my hairstylist. He was absolutely amazing!!! I went in to get my hair colored and he did exactly what I wanted. I was so so happy with my results!! I would definitely recommend him!

I get my hair permed and cut by the stylist Nicci and she does an amazing job every single time, not only is she very knowledgeable with maintenance and home care, she makes my time at the salon very enjoyable with good conversation and even better scalp massage! Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Got a great review from a friend of mine for this salon, I’m glad I took her advise.Nicky was amazing with my hair, did “exactly”what I asked for, not less not more- in love with my new look!And, the prices are super affordable. Unfortunately, I must share a deeply disappointing experience that I recently encountered. Despite my previous recommendations and frequent visits, the service has take a drastic turn for the worse. Additionally, I must address the concerning behavior displayed by the front desk staff, particularly managers who exhibited clear bias and racist behavior. I feel compelled to caution anyone seeking a positive experience to approach this salon. At the end you want to have a good experience after spending so much at the salon.

Just received my colour and cut. For the $140 I spent would have been easier, more pleasant and timely if I bought a box and got my other to cut my hair.Received a confirmation call, no message left. When I returned the call to specifically confirm was than asked if i wanted to cancel.Arrived early. Reception in a droid tone informed me that she was with a guest" and I could browse or be seated.
