RBS were very professional and knowledgeable. We had a below grade entrance installed. Our permit and design plans required the job to be carried out in a non-standard way- which RBS was able to deliver on !They asked for no money upfront, only as certain tasks were completed- which was perfect. The work took just under a week- right on schedule as they said.I was hesitant hiring a contractor from a social media site at first—but I’m glad I took the chance with Vic and the RBS crew.John from Oshawa.

I've been going back and forth with RBS for weeks trying to get them to come give a quote on a job. Its a constant, we'll come today

Do not trust them them they took $1700 and then stop answering the message and call and then after 2 months they will simply give you the below grade design approval paper and tell me that they cant do the job and the $1700 is for design approval

My experience with Vick was terrible and a complete waste of my time. He is UNBELIEVABLY unresponsive and unprofessional. He dragged on my request to quote the work for 6 weeks - never once called me back, only communicated via text which took a weeks at a time to get a response, two separate weeks he advise he’d come to see the work and never showed up. He text me twice to confirm if I still needed the job done even though I made it very clear I did and then he text me at 1:30am in the morning to ask me again. When I told him he woke me up and it was completely unprofessional he responded “It seems like you were fully awake due to messaging me constantly”

They came to my sisters and our home to do a basement entry. They were very professional and I am so happy with the quality of work. Even a custom door and an extra entry light! Fantastic!

We hired RBS Renovation to build a below grade entrance in our basement. The owner Vick and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. He promised the job will be done in two days, and they deliver on that as well, and this was done in September 2022. We had a very good experience with them and highly recommend their services. Vick is very honest and provided good advice to us about the best way to do go about the project. He uses high quality tools, equipment, and provides an excellent service. He has a deep knowledge about construction and vast experience in the field. We really liked to work with him and his company and would highly recommend him to other homeowners!
