Came to the store looking for shoes, the store was empty yet none of the sales associates greeted us or offered help, as they were too busy chatting with each other. Never coming here again, you get better services online from a robot.

Terrible service. Walked in and not even a single person said anything. No customer in the store at all. Went to ask for certain shoes and the girl tells me that there are none in stock. I told her I know there’s 3 in stock and she said that there all on hold for the managers.

A younge black female in this store doesn't know how to serve the customer at all.We only ask 2 pair of shoes for the size. SHe already give us a bad face and lack of patience for checking sizes. When we left the store and said thank you to her. She's not even look at us and no response at all. Rude service and wont be back.

I went this past Saturday and the two young men working there were so extremely helpful! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me extra suggestions of what I should include in the rest of the gift I was purchasing. Great experience from them!

Friendly staff. They didn't mind that our daughter was removing the shoes off the shelf. Though, I did put them back so they didn't need to. Not sure I put them on the right spot, so I apologize if I didn't. When paying, they have tap available however not for debit cards.

don't shop this store, ridiculous return policy. bought a pair. of shoes for my 6years old kid, she literally wore lie ten minutes and next day the staff did not return it because of their unworn policy. the shoe is 100 percent clean even the bottom is dustless. i suggest not to shop here I think they are Racial discrimination that is why

All shoes back door, Can't get any jordan shoes at this store, I think they have it in the back, but they didn't give me, sold out when I asked evey time. I just want to grab one. Terriable experences.

Most of the time the employees are busy chatting with each other not being helpful. However today I dealt with Tyrese I believe his name was. He was very polite and very helpful.
