My sister referred me to Proline Electric for replacement of some faulty electrical outlets in our home. I am very happy with the quick and professional service. I received a call 20 minutes prior to my appointment and a text message with picture of who to expect for the service. Dan, the technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He also answered my other questions about future light fixture replacements/projects I have in mind. I will definitely use Proline Electric again in the future. Thank you!

This company and especially Zane are the most professional service/trades tech I've ever dealt with, bar none. Upfront, honest and the communication was excellent. They understand how to treat clients. I will definitley use them exlusively for electrical repairs in my home.

excellent service, Dan & his apprentice showed up as arranged. Dan provided excellent service and was very informative in regards to the issues he found and their cause. These were quickly repaired, very fair pricing and would highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical services in the ST Albert/Edmonton area.

Had a scary experience with a plug--had no idea what happened. Technician offered reassurance via dispatcher and promised to come at the end of their fully-booked day. So professional and helpful. Quickly IDed and fixed the issue and put my mind at ease. And both were very gracious about wearing masks I provided in my home. Thanks again!

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the get go they were very responsive and tried to help me save money by troubleshooting with me before coming out. My issue was somewhat urgent and Dan came out within a day of me calling. Money well spent, everything is back to normal in our home! Very professional, punctual, and communicative.
