Performance Collision Grimsby

Driving along on the QEW, then WHAMMO! A big rock from a truck was thrown into my windshield. Right at drivers eye-level, so not a good place for a crack to develop. I called Performance Collision Grimsby and they were really nice on the phone and said to come on down when I was ready, they were actually doing another windshield chip repair right now. The repair took about an hour and I took before and after photos...very good job! Plus, they washed my car - which was an unexpected and appreciated service. Thank you to everyone for getting me back on the road!

My brand new Kona N...it was 3 months old...was broadside by someone going through a red light. My Kona was brought back to the dealership for repairs. It was there for 2 1/2 months...delays waiting for parts. As a new vehicle I was guaranteed all new Hyundai parts. I was impressed with the work that was done. They did not actually repair it at all...they rebuilt my vehicle with all new parts. Yes it was a long wait for the parts to come in and the work to be done ....but after all was said and done they have done an excellent job. I am still waiting for one panel on the door but I've been able to have my vehicle back the last few weeks and I could not be happier. Victoria and Bill at Grimsby Hyundai were so great to deal with. This is my 3rd Hyundai vehicle. Very happy with the brand.

Exceptional customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could. My vehicle was involved in a parking lot hit and run, and I stopped by after the shop my insurance sent me to was no longer in business. After hearing my story, Robert and Bill kindly helped me on the spot. In 10 min my car looked good as new. I can not express how grateful I am for you guys going out of your way to help me.The difference between a great company and a good company comes down to the culture, and how they treat their customers. You guys are first class and genuinely care about helping people. So pleased with all the assistance and service by Robert Jardine at the Body Shop. He guided us through the procedure with our insurance company when we were in need of a replacement windshield. We had been told by an auto glass company that there were no replacements available for months but a few days later Robert had one ordered and installed. We had dents in passenger door. We had been told by an auto collision company the door had to be removed and painted and to allow three days without the car. Robert arranged for a visit by a paintless dent supplier. Within an hour the door was repaired at half the cost. Our car was returned in pristine detailed condition. Thank you Robert Jardine! So impressed!!

*second update after 8 months*Rust already appearing on the work they did. Cannot stress this enough stay away!!!I took my Car to this location to have rust repair done, this was the worst body shop that I have been to. There was minimal communication the first time they had my car. Once I received the car the work was very sub part with many runs in the paint and broken or non assembled components. DO NOT take you car to this location.*UPDATE*The work done by this shop did not stand up. It’s been less than a year since my car was given back. And the quality of the work is showing by how bad it is. And there is still missing components. DO NOT go to this shop.

I was involved in a minor accident a few weeks ago and I brought my car in to the collision centre at Grimsby Hyundai. Robert Jardine, the Body Shop advisor assisted me through the repairs and answered all of my questions patiently. I have to say that the experience was stellar, and I appreciated the speed with which my car was repaired. Many thanks, Robert!

This shop took our Jetta in for rust warrantee work. Received car a week late after telling me to come get it when it was still dismantled. Asked to return a couple days later and there was still lots of rust on rockers visible from standing 5' away. After a fight, they agreed to re-repair" the rockers after explaining they "replaced parts inside the rocker" and are not responsible to fix the full rocker only the front 12" or so. lol. This is after me explaining i want to repair all rust and they agreed and charged me an additional $1200 to fix rust not covered under warrantee. Any way we picked up the car again after attempt two on the rockers only to have our St. Catharines VW dealer put it on a hoist and show us the rockers completely rusted out with fresh paint over them. The VW technician's finger pushed thru the rotted rocker panel. We have now had to take car to St. Catharines Performance Collision. Don't waste your time with this shady shop. I have emails and emails of misrepresentation and lies. Hope for a better outcome thru St. Catharines Performance Collision Center."

Performance Collision Grimsby did an amazing repair on our car after a fender bender in a parking lot. When we picked it up after repairs, it looked brand new. Very impressed!

Very good service. Timeline i was given was spot on. They also cleaned my car’s exterior and interior and that was unexpected. Highly recommended!
