Went in knowing I wanted to get another Google phone. The one I wanted was available in New Minas, an employee of the store was kind enough to pick it up from the other location and bring it too me the next day. That's customer service! Then while inspecting my account the in training"(and exceedingly capable) Corey noticed that I had the opportunity to save some money and up my internet speeds. I truely couldn't have asked for better experience. I highly recommend this establishment

Corey was excellent.I went there because for a totally random reason our 2 household Cell phone stopped working at the same time. I was pretty sure the account should have a credit. It did.Corey took the phone and like magic (not really) he just took the SIM card out and reset it and voila the cell works again.I ask to confirm the balance all good.then I got an upgrade for my S10+ to S22+ he did all the required stuff, and transfer from one phone the the other, and now I have a new phone.I know this sounds like every day thing for them but Corey did all with pleasant conversation and with out any glitches.TY

I accompanied my sister who switched to bell from Telus, after purchasing a phone she wanted from them. Her plan cost only $31.00 a month. Plus the cost of the phone. We could not purchase it unless it was paid on a monthly plan. It was worth it. Great service.

I upgraded my phone at this Bell store, the employees were knowledgable about products and the upgrade was fast and smooth.Until I got my new iphone out into the sunlight and realized the screen was badly scratched. I went back in immediately with my receipt as they had offered me a 90 day return policy if I had any problems with the phone. I showed the scratches to one of the employees and he agreed with me that the phone was badly scratched.However, the woman who sold me the phone insisted that the phone was not scratched when she sold it to me and that I must have scratched it.I explained to her that the phone had only been in my hands for an extremely brief period of time ( from the time I walked from the Bell store back to the parking lot) before I noticed the scratches. But the woman was adamant that I had scratched the phone, suggesting that I scratched it by putting it in my purse. I explained to her that there was nothing in my purse that could have made scratches this deep and all of over the sides of the phone screen.She dismissed me very quickly simply just telling me she wouldn't be taking the phone back or giving me a new one that was undamaged.I have done many upgrades from Bell and never experienced an issue like this, but this experience has made me reconsider being one of their customers. As a university student, I don't get the chance to make big purchases like this often, and was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this Bell store.

We went in to upgrade our phones and spoke with Jennifer and couldn't have been treated any better. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. We later on had to go back over and was taken care of by Cory and the customer service in this store is excellent. Thank you so much Jennifer and Cory.
