Went to the self check out knowing they have the pay with cash option and I informed the lady that was working that I was paying with cash and she had me scan my 2 pairs of jeans in the self check out that doesn't accept cash and had to wait 5 minutes just to suspend the transaction and print the ticket just to scan that ticket on the cash machine to pay seamed like a waste of paper

My 68 yr old husband went into the pharmacy dept today to pick up some particular hand cream. He asked the girl stocking shelves if they carried this particular brand of hand cream. He showed her a picture of it. She got out her cell phone and told him you can get it on Amazon. He said he wanted to get some now and she tells him they carry hand cream in 3 different areas of the store and he would have to go check. No offer from her to help, she just pointed to 3 different areas of the store where hand cream is and went on with stocking the shelf. The customer service is terrible.Telling him to get it on Amazon when he's right there in Walmart-terrible

This elderly woman at the self checking out has a very unprofessional attitude towards the customer's.I was watching her accuse a woman of stealing. I talked to customer service, and they said it's her job to accuse people?I think it's time to retire those old ways of thinking.Cold Lake walmart employees are good at discriminating people.So sad.

They removed the wipes & hand sanitizer & stopped cleaning things, as if COVID or other viruses don’t exist anymore. That’s nasty. I have a baby at home. Plus everything is way more expensive now and I’m pretty sure you can’t blame a $20 brick of cheese on inflation when gas prices went back down and minimum wage hasn’t changed. You can buy most things you need somewhere else for a better price.

Every time I go I notice there is birds in the store and I don’t think anyone is going to do anything about it cuz no one seems rly interested when I bring it up but it looks like the same little bird every time and it makes me sad that he’s just stuck in the store hungry? Thirsty?

Large store well stocked and appeared to be quite clean including the washrooms, I'm not a huge fan of the change over to the automated teller I still like to chat with people while I'm making my purchases, less employees less jobs !! Just wish that the staff using the intercom would turn their voices down , some people are sensitive to loud noises like myself? don't need to yell like your calling someone across town , still a good store and a stable in every community!!

Always a great store to visit. Only gave 4 stars as I went for plants and so many were dying due to lack of water, something that is very easily avoided. Otherwise great selection if you get there on time.

4 self checkouts open in entire store with a line up. Clearly someone had half a brain and decided to open 4 more self check outs and 1 human ran till. What a joke

Good ol' Walmart. I miss the little jingle the self serve checkouts made when processing one's payment. It was on that day, the funk died.
