Newlife fertility is the best centre I have visited quite alot of the other location including Brampton Mississauga it's very busy there due to the high volume of patients but at the Milton location its very convenient the staff there makes you feel like family very polite appointments time is kept without any long waiting. I'm very happy with the quality of service I receive. And having Dr Soliman as our doctor is the best decision we have made he's very knowledgeable and knows and the best plan for you he's skilled in his profession answer every question you have with a straight answers he's not in the business to make money from patients but to help them have a family it's up to you as the patient to make your decision which way you like to take to start your family. We have change many fertility doctors and after being referred to Dr Soliman its a dream come through for us to have our miracle baby boy today. We thank the team at newlife for thier journey with us during this beautiful chapter of our life. Thank you Doctor Soliman and the Newlife team.

Horrible experience. The staff have no ideas what’s going on. They are not friendly or helpful. We wasted an Year with them. Looking to move to a better clinic.

The staff at this location are all very nice and respectful. However they need to button up the appointment process. I consistently have to call in or just go in at the time of my appt when the protocol is they are to call you in.Upon arrival there is maybe 1 other patient.. Usually no one else so there is no reason why my appt should not be called on early or on time.The technicians are all wonderful and do a great job.The appointment process just needs some work to be more efficient and keep everyone on time.

Mississauga clinic is much much better

Appointment needed to be moved to an earlier time less than 24 hours before the appointment because the Doctor did not want to wait around for an hour for our scheduled appointment time. Both my husband and I had changed around our schedules, booked a supply teacher and took a personal day to attend this appointment only to be told less than 24 hours before that it wouldn't work. Not very accommodating or welcoming place. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!
