Initial call with Kate was prompt and a positive experience. She setup a time to get in touch with Jared but after that communication dropped off. Jared did not call at the scheduled time and after leaving a message with the office he did call a couple hours later. We discussed the project and agreed that I would send over some pictures. After sending over the pictures I got no response and again had to follow up. Jared indicated he was leaving for vacation but would get back to me the following week upon his return. It’s been several weeks now and even after following up I have never heard back. Disappointing… :(UPDATE 8/17/22: After leaving the above review, Andrew the co-owner has personally reached out to apologize and work to rectify the situation. He has been both helpful and responsive in understanding the needs of our project and working towards an estimate of the work.

We have been customers of North Point for several years now.We live on the Seacoast and use their irrigation services.The office and technical staff have been excellent to work with.Scheduling is very easy and emergencies are handled very well and in a timely manner.We give them an A plus!!!

North point is 5 star service no matter what the service provided. We have had hard scape, landscape and maintenance to our property. Every person who shows up, answer the phones or is in management is extremely professional. Would recommend to any and everyone

I’ve been using North Point to winterize my irrigation system that they installed for many years now. They have always been professional and courteous. This year in particular, we had the pleasure of having Angela perform the maintenance. I had a couple of questions and issues with the process and she was very patient and concerned that I was completely satisfied with the service. Great communication and service!

This is my first time using them and let me tell you, the level of response and courtesy is to be commended.I called and spoke to Kate who explained the irrigation services offered making my decision all the easier! Back in June/July we had a new stamped concrete patio installed in our backyard and it required cutting/disrupting several existing irrigation heads/lines that were in the way. I contacted Bill at NorthPoint for assistance with making the necessary repairs as they’ve managed our irrigation and landscaping needs for years. Bill sent out Kevin the project lead along with Logan and Derek and they did a phenomenal job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and FAST! When it came time to review their work I couldn’t believe how well they concealed the trenching. Superb job that landed NorthPoint a major follow up contract to remodel our entire property landscaping that’s happening right now as I type this. Thank you!

I am very pleased with my service at north point. They are easy to do business with and respond promptly to any inquiries. They have done an excellent job with my weekly mow and my yearly aeration and reseed. When I asked for estimates, they sent out someone to meet with me very quickly, and he gave me a clear and honest overview of his recommendations for the work I wanted completed.

We have been North Point Customers for a couple of years and I must say ever since we started using them our lawn has never looked better. Our next door neighbors even use them now.I will give a HUGE kudos to our technician, Dana who really went above and beyond during our last service. Dana took the time to explain all my questions and made sure we were happy with our services.

I LOVE my green healthy lawn! With a combination of fertilization and a North Point installed irrigation system, my lawn will never go crunchy again. Also, the ladies in customer service always have an upbeat attitude and are ready and willing to help.
