the kiosk never seems to be able to print the receipt and then they ask for your order number that you never get because it's supposed to be on the receipt so it takes them a long time to figure out whos is whos. always a long wait here.

Have been once, probably won’t ever go again.Vanilla iced coffee tastes like you’re literally just drinking liquid sugar. Also expect a cup full of grinds at the bottom.

I love that its so close to home and everyone has been so nice but!!! How can my orders are always done wrong. 3 meals all wraps same flavor and crispy with fries and 1 kids meal.. better listening skills or better confirmations on orders..The bowen timmies was backed up and had no choice but to come to your location which was dead as a door nail.

Ordered from the kiosk got no receipt..Waited for 10 mins while the staff tried to figure out who's was who's.They asked me for my number but since I got no receipt I couldn't say. I just told them what I Ordered.Drive thru seems to be top priority and the customers inside don't.Hire more reliable staff. Or call it slow food restaurant. I won't come back.

They need to learn how to work 2 lane drive thru. Its no wonder they have now hiring printed on there take out bags cos the people currently working there don't have a clue.

Overpriced, barely food. Over 9.00 for a double cheeseburger meal. Same experience as last time. I eat it because it's there.If you want a quarter pounder, buy a double cheeseburger at half the price. Same amount of meat in it.Local McDonalds hasn't had ice for weeks.

food was great, service was fast. Even though it was late and they were almost closing they did an awesome job at getting the food out and it was all nice and hot! Closing crew level 100

I found this whole restaurant filthy. I observed this while at the cash and had time to look around me and was so grossed out. They didn’t seem understaffed. I remember a time in my youth when I worked for McDonald’s we kept that place spotless and we were expected to. My coffee was barely warm as well.
