Fix Auto Cochrane

Dealt with this company a couple times now. First time, over-estimated required repairs- had it fixed in Calgary for more than 1/2 their estimate. Second time, tried to get a remote quote-they wouldn't do it. The lady that called me back was crazy rude, made it very clear she did not want to work with me, instead of simply asking me for the required information and and estimated repairs 3x over the price of Image Auto body at 12k. Yep, you just lost thousands of dollars in a repair due to inflexibility and the especially uncourteous, rash treatment.

Fix auto was recommended to me through my insurance company for some repairs on my vehicle. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond for any questions or needs you require from start to end of their services. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and good work done on their vehicle.

I had my vehicle fixed here a couple years ago through insurance. When I picked the car up I noticed the bumper and front fender (where the damage had been) weren’t aligned. I pointed this out and they took it back into the shop to adjust it. I waited about 45 mins and one of the guys brought me a starbucks card to say sorry for waiting. It was never done properly, and I was never fully happy with it. I was given the run around for a couple months and gave up. Recently a massive chunk of paint flaked off exposing a decent amount of rust. Now the entire panel is requiring replacement. The original repairs were $900 or so and I was recently quoted $1200 at a different shop for the full replacement. I would have happily paid an extra $300 at the time to replace the entire panel, rather than an additional $1200. This shop is a miss for me.

Needed to pay for damage to another owners car personally.A month and a half after paying the quote, I've now been asked for the difference in the price that the part went up because the owner of the car didn't come in close enough to when I paid for the work and parts, that the parts went up in price...More communication after paying $3500 for a service would have been much appreciated. There should also be a time frame where this is acceptable, and where the customer is no longer required to pay the difference if there is a discrepancy in time lines of work paid for and work completed. Wish I could have gone with my local guys at Knibbe Auto.

It is a typical body shop. They do good work but one is never feeling good when they leave!Initial assessment was FAR lower than what the actual out come was. We were going through insurance and I suspect the price increased because of that. I don't like feeling the way I did when I left but there is nothing I can do about it, just pay the deductible and move on. I'm sure this is the same as other body shops.

We recently brought our vehicle in to have some pretty aggressive rock chips repaired on the hood of our vehicle. The work done was exceptional! Greg (one of the owners) went above and beyond to ensure the standard of work completed met the expectations he would have for his own family vehicle. It looks like new! We are so happy with the finished product!!All of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping us posted as to the progression of the work done.I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to Fix Auto Cochrane for any type of repair, big or small!Thanks so much for making our vehicle look like new again!

Lovely bunch here. Reception lady is a wonderful person as soon as you step in. Went in to get my front bumper and grill fixed after being hit. Had a little dent and paint chips on my hood too that I didn’t include when getting my car fixed but they pulled the dent out anyways, really went above and beyond. All round lovely people. Will definitely recommend. Hopefully won’t have to go back to them but if I get in another accident I’d choose Fix Auto again.

My suv was towed in after a deer hit and everyone I dealt with there was very nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the service. They communicated with me often and returned my suv to me clean and new! I would highly recommend this business.

5 stars isn't enough for the level of service I received here! I went in to have a bumper fixed and they gave me more than one option of how they could go about it. Their communication was top notch, cheery, and when I went to pick up my vehicle (to my surprise) they had cleaned the entire vehicle inside and out. That gesture (whether standard or not) took such a load off my plate, and I truly appreciated the extra step they took. Supporting local shops is sure easy when they're as top notch as this!

Amazing!!!! I honestly recommend these guys! I had a great experience today! They went above and beyond for me and were nothing but wonderful human beings! They are so accommodating and help to problem solve in the best ways possible without having to pay an arm and a leg, especially during this time of year! Everything (that I at least needed done today) was finished in a timely manner! Greg, Rick and Debbie are absolutely lovely people! I'm positive the whole team is full of compassionate, and hardworking, team members! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will be back soon!Merry Christmas!
