Had a manicure and pedicure done. The pedicure was fine. When the technician came to do my manicure she asked if I wanted my nails cut. I said just trim them. At this point they were at least 1/4 centimeter past the end of my finger. She cut them down to the nail bed! They were so short they actually hurt. I asked her why she cut them so short and she said You told me to." I said "I asked you to trim them" and she said "No you didn't." I wouldn't have been that upset if she had at least apologized instead of lying and saying that's what I asked for. (Even if I had asked for them to be cut

Was my first time there and to be honest I did not like the work that was done to my nails. She did not file my nails evenly and when she put the bio-gel on my nails she didnt remove the cuticles nor did she apply the bio-gel evenly. There was nail polish all along the side of my nail. I will definitely not go back.

I've been going here for 20 years I always get what I want done the way I want it done with no questions asked. I've known these people for so long and they're so pleasant. They always joke and talk to you not like some places if you go and they do your nails and don't say a word. I obviously like going there since I've been going there for so many years I will continue going there.
