I couldn’t figure out how to play music from my iphone in my old car. Everywhere I went couldn’t help me. I went to The Source today, explained everything to Jobandeep, and within minutes he found something that might work. He ensured that it was paired with my phone before I left, got me a discount, and told me I could bring it back if it didn’t work. Now I’m sitting in my car, writing this review, and listening to my favourite songs! Thanks, Jobandeep!! If the manager is reading this, please give Jobandeep a big raise! He was informative, kind, made me laugh, and was just so so helpful. I’ll be back for all my tech needs.

Very disappointed.Went to purchase a present for my son and Very poor customer service.No one approached me or even acknowledged I was there even though I counted at least 4 associates.After 10 minutes I left and went to the location in Welland which there were 2 associates busy with customers. Regardless I was acknowledged and within minutes was assisted and purchased my 400 dollar plus item.Shows the difference between one location and another.Well done Welland.Thanks

After doing some comparison shopping, we found that The Source had the best pricing for cellphone plans, even better than the actual provider's store!The staff there were very patient and helpful as we explored options, and gave excellent suggestions on ways to maximize active incentives or promotions to save a little extra. We were very pleased with the customer service experience and an extra shout-out to Glen who went the extra mile in making sure we had the support to get familiar with the new phones.

Kendra, the store Manager is just absolutely amazing! Ive been dealing with her for years to change my phone each term. And the experience is just amazing! She goes above and beyond to help me out each time! You could never find such an amazing customer service elsewhere these days!

Recently went to the source at the pen center and had an amazing experience with Kendra! She was extremely helpful with purchasing new iPhones for the whole family by finding the best deals possible for us! I’ve gone through lots of phones in my life, and by far this was the quickest and most cost efficient way of getting new phones! Extra thanks to Kendra and the team at the source!

Always a great experience here!! Have gone to Kendra at the pen center source for many years now to upgrade my phonss and she has been unbeatable every time, she makes the experience so less hectic and is so informative. Things are done quickly and with precision. I will continue to go there and give them my business because of how enjoyable she has made the experience. She always goes out of her way to make sure you get the best deal and price. Thank you for making a daunting task a great experience for us Kendra.
