The two ladies who showed up to help me pack up my loft were really supportive, friendly and VERY efficient! I even left to go to work shortly after they arrived and was so pleased when I returned. The owner Greg was so great to deal with too, very compassionate, understanding, explained the process, answered my many questions and even called afterwards to ask how my experience was and go through the invoice with me. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to all my friends and family who need help packing up.

Senior’s Move is a wonderful service. They send packers, who pack up absolutely everything safely and securely. Then the movers came - they were very careful and considerate and placed every item in the room that was intended, even hanging the hanging clothes in the closet.Greg monitored every step of the process. Off the charts 5 star!Symplicated Senior’s Move recently completed a full service project to move my very elderly aunt to her new suite in a seniors’ residence. The entire process took 3 months due to downsizing requirements and my aunt’s health-related challenges. From our first meeting with Bethany and Deanna (project manager) it was clear we were working with a top notch mover. As my aunt and I worked through the project and interacted with Greg as well, I was continually delighted with their approach which was an amazing fusion of professionalism, integrity and genuine caring warmth.Deanna is just an outstanding project manager: highly skilled in organization, time management, inventory, layout/design, rightsizing, planning, flexibility and execution as well as in interpersonal qualities for dealing compassionately with someone like my aunt during what would otherwise have been a stressful rightsizing endeavour.Greg, Bethany, Deanna and other workers I met all shared a set of common traits of responsiveness, authentic kindness and a total willingness to do anything to make the move as smooth as possible. They felt like my best friends or neighbours or even family in their warm approach to their work. I can't thank Greg and his team enough for helping me empty my Mom's apartment in Toronto. Even with COVID complications in the retirement home, he went out of his way to ensure we had the job done on time and efficiently. Excellent service and communication from start to finish, and at a very reasonable price. Well worth it !

Symplicated came to my rescue! I had a large area in my basement that was overwhelming. Bethany and Greg helped me sort through items quickly and painlessly. They helped rearrange storage containers and furniture to maximize my space. I had a huge load of items to donate when I was finished, and Greg offered to take them to our local thrift store for me. When it was over, the rooms looked so spacious that my daughter danced in the basement. I was so inspired that I was able to use what i learned from Symplicated in other parts of my home after my session.Note: I attached before and after photos from our session. The first set is my tool and storage area, the second is my living space in the basement, and the third is my catch-all crawlspace. It was embarrassing at first, but I got over it quickly as we began to see the floor once again. Thanks again Symplicated!
