Absolute worst customer service I've had in a very long time. I booked an appointment to do acrylics and waited over one hour. Once I was finally seated, the man seemed to have no clue how to put on the nail on. He left without a word and I proceeded to wait another 30mins to which another lady finally came. She was extremely rude to the customer beside me, and once the customer left, she began talking very badly about her to everyone including me. Not to mention she was very rude to me and made it seem like it was my fault the man couldn't put the nails on. VERY condescending attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. If you want to be disrespected and looked down on, it's the perfect place to go.

I’ve came to this place so many times and had excellent service..I was very disappointed when I came at 7:15 and told they didn’t have time for a toenail polish change and then I watched a customer leave and they turned off the open sign which said 8pm!!!

I went to get acrylic nails with regular polish and they kept trying to push me to get shellac. When I said no another person tried to pressure me into getting it. And the I was not told the prices until I paid which was way more than listed on Facebook. I’m never going back. Terrible customer service and not professional at all.

I came here for my god daughter, she was getting married the following day. The staff was very friendly, offering us mamosa's. There were 4 of us in total. My service which was a full set of gel nails, french manicure w/ one sparkle nail. He was done was nails almost 35mins before all the other girls, which we were getting same service, which I thought was odd and mentioned it but was told all workers work differently, I must add I am educated on applying nails, I try to just be the customer and just enjoy it so I didn't say anything to complain. My nails are not very good. They are overly thick, I can see the fake nail they added underneath on some of my nails and underneath they're is a ledge from a separation of the fake nail and the gel. And the French manicure is painted very sloppy.My bill for 2 sets of nails and a $35 bottle of champagne (perhaps oj too-what $4?maybe) came to $180.80.This place is so not worth it!!!! Save yer money and buy press ons!

I booked a powder manicure and was five minutes late for my appointment. They asked me to pick my color out and I said oh I don’t want color just the French manicure. They said we don’t have time to do a French manicure after I drove 20 minutes to my appointment. This will be the last time I ever waste my time with this business.

I got a pedicure here, and I had to tell her to clean under my nails, and she told me she couldn’t. She never exfoliated my feet or legs. My nails were never shaped nor was I asked how I wanted them shaped. Very bad service and would not recommend them. Waste of money and over priced for the service you get. Never going back. 1 star

I used to come in every 2 weeks. Loved getting my nails done and my daughters nails as well never had a complaint. Then I went in may and booked appointments for me and my daughter as we were going to a wedding, booked 3 weeks in advance. A week before our appointments the lady called to confirm I said yes. Then the day before the appointment my nail lady called and said she can only do my nails not my daughters. I said but it was confirmed. She got upset and said owner has only her working Saturdays. I said please do both or I will have to find another salon for her as we are going to a wedding. She never called back. I called back and they arranged for another girl to come in as well. We went to the nail appointment and my nail lady, same lady I have used for the last year was very rude and annoyed, I tried talking she just ignored me, I asked for a color she said she will see what she can do, I was very dissatisfied with her. She was upset that another worker came in. We left when we were done, my nails were not 100% but it was fine. So I called again yesterday to see if my nail lady had any opening. She said 6. It was 5:30 and we have tornado warnings so I called to cancel and asked to rebook. My nail lady answered I explained the situation due to the weather. Well she got mad and hung up on me. Your salon just lost 2 customers that came every 2 weeks and tipped good money. Very disappointed. Not mentioning nail technicians name.

I had my nails done here (shallac, french tips). This was a painful experience. Cup my cuticles to close where I started to bleed at one point. The technician was sloppy with the application and the topper for this was by the end of day three I'd had a whole nail (polish) lift and chip off! All the edges had started lifting and by the end of the week three were gone and the others were not far behind. When I went back in the technician said that I must have oily nails. Funny story, I went back to Lavish nails and I can say that I have had no issues and the polish (same brand) is still solid on my nails. Don't go here. Shop around!

Very poor customer service went in after being here one week pryor because the gel came off one of my nails and got told that they didn't have time to fix it at 330pm when they are open till 5. Told me to come back tomorrow it was one nail repair, that's it would have taken 5 mins maybe 10 tops. They have gotten two visits out of me never again I am done after spending 90 bucks there that's how you treat your customers. Poor rating from me.
