Ian gave me an honest assessment and recommended against removing it because it was healthy enough to be left alone. He gave me this recommendation even though removing or pruning it would bring FTTC business and $$.While I haven't used FTTC to remove a tree, I'm very pleased with their honesty and professionalism in giving their recommendation and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

FTTC came out to clear a large maple & apple tree on my property & did an awesome job in the process, putting time in across three days to make sure the job was done right and that everything was cleaned up. We hired Ian to remove a large tree in front of our home last month. Throughout the entire process, Ian was punctual, professional, and very friendly. Amazing work from Ian! Tree was gone within a couple days and they cleaned the backyard way more then they should have. He even came back to make sure I was ok with the backyard clean up before he left! Great experience.
