I recently purchased a near new used car from Lone Star Mercedes. I saw a car I wanted to look at online on a Sunday evening and contacted the dealer after hours that night to request a visit. The sales specialist Henry Huynh contacted me immediately that night and set up a visit for the next day to view and test drive the car. When I returned from my test drive we then negotiated a very fair deal including a trade in of my previous car for the purchase of the new car. Henry is an outstanding sales specialist and made the entire experience positive and treated me with the highest professional approach. In addition the entire team I dealt with ; Henry Huynh, Mitch Amos, and the business office associates made me feel appreciated and important. The delivery day was also an outstanding experience and I left completely satisfied with my treatment and my new car. For a little over a year now, Andrew Lam has been my service expert. I had my services done with him at the Downtown Mercedes Benz but followed him to Lone Star. He has amazing customer service skills, exceptional knowledge, a friendly, warm, professional, and positive attitude. He is also very quick and efficient in getting my services complete. Andrew is great at communicating what services were done and if there were any issues during my service. I recently went in to Lone Star and got my winter tires installed and he had given me a heads up that my summer tires will need to be replaced. He is honest and trustworthy. For as long as I have a Mercedes, he will be my go to service guy! :) thank you, Andrew!

An exceptional experience with Henry and Anna. Beautiful vehicle. Henry and Anna have an extensive knowledge of the vehicles they sell and deliver. I have had several experiences with Lone Star, not necessarily as customer but as an advisor for family , Henry and Anna made the difference when it comes to pre-loved MB. This is coming from a VWAG/Audi/Porsche and high performance Ford aficionado.
