They took my info when I called and promised me an early afternoon appointment. They were able to call me back and be here within two hours! Service men were clean and very professional, they located my furnace problem, fixed it, and were on their way in less than a half hour. Extremely happy with the service, and will use River City any time any problem arises. Definitely recommend them to anybody!

From the first call I had a technician here in about an hour when our heater blower went out. It happened on a Sunday afternoon and plans were made to take out the blower and fan Monday morning for nothing could get replaced on Sunday. Monday morning at 8 am a technician was here an took the whole setup to work and had it back installed by one pm on the same day. My first time I have had to babysit a furnace for night and came up with a plan during the night so when they took out the blower I could use the furnace and it worked so well I wish I thought of it on Sunday and they could have taken the blower out then. The furnace runs great and for this old system that's an improvement. When I buy or build my house I will be contacting the guys at river city heating. They will do my heating and cooling work period. I really enjoy working with them on anything. The whole bunch from the office to technicians are really good at what they do. They gave me advice on how to oil things on the blower and I will do that this summer when I switch off the heat. I will give the information to my landlord to when I move out until then I can handle it. I will be calling them again when needed. I know they have my back when needed.

We called the emergency line and spoke with the gentleman on call. He explained the pricing and the wait time if we waited to have our AC repaired during normal business hours. We decided to go ahead and have him come that night. He came right away and made the repairs quickly (in the rain). We were very satisfied with the service and would use this company again!

Logan did a great job, I was very happy with his examination of my air conditioning condenser and his shared observation.
