poor first experience...went to do transfer of ownership on a salvage car and the insurance manager had no idea how to do it, ridiculous...he wanted to call ICBC i said no thanks i am going elsewhere..first and last for me.

Slowest counter in the world. The lady moves at about a snails pace, and spends way too much time chatting with the current customer when 4 people have been waiting in line for 30 minutes already.

This place is supposed to be OPEN during the hours posted. Instead, the only insurance broker takes a 45 minute, or possibly longer, break until 8:15 pm. That's less than two hours before they close for the day. No commission for you! Lol. Inconveniently open late.

You go there to edit stuff and they insist on selling you more option.. so wasting time (that's their job ok but they dont have competition so why bother you,). But staff is nice

My mom died recently and her car insurance was about to expire, so I went here to transfer the car into the name of her estate and to renew the insurance. The older gentleman at the desk said it could not be done unless I had probate documents or a letter of undertaking from a lawyer, even though I pointed out that the ICBC policy he was referencing clearly said that all that was required to transfer to the estate was a valid will and a death certificate (which I had) and the consent of the executor, which was me. He said he had been doing this work for 20 years and he knew what he was doing. He then called ICBC to confirm but framed his question to them as, you require probate

Visited a store on West Broadway closed to Arbutus St. around 5PM today to purchase travel insurance but was told have to go to other store as the staff didn't have the password to log on computer. When I asked if I could buy travel insurance online on London Drugs' website, was told No but actually Can. Later, I visited another store in Kerrisdale and was asked lots of irrelevant questions while trying to purchase a travel insurance. None of those questions is asked on London Drugs' website if purchase online. Very disappointed at the poor knowledge stuff of insurance department have.

Expect long waits, as their terminals seem to be extremely slow. Staff are not very well versed in processes beyond basic renewal.

Guljit who works here is absolutely clueless. After coming 3 times and spending hours trying to register a vehicle - we left more confused than we did going in. Will end up having to go to another ICBC as this was just painful.Just editing this - went to the ICBC at 2750 Commercial Dr and got my registration and insurance set up within minutes. All the same documents given as I did here with no hassle whatsoever. Please train this staff better, in particular - Guljit.

What can I say? It's an insurance agency and provides all the services you would expect very efficiently, competently and always with friendly service in my opinion. The major advantage this facility has is that they are almost always open and usually are very quick. As always, make absolutely sure that what you are being offered is exactly what you want, no more and no less, because they are trained to upsell you just like everyone in this business.Update: They incorrectly told us that it was not possible to get a temporary permit to drive a car from Vancouver Island to Vancouver without registering it to the person picking it up in person and then reregistering it and paying more tax when it is delivered to the final purchaser. This is absolutely incorrect as was confirmed by the agent on Vancouver Island when we collected the car.

got a quote and I wanted to proceed. called no answer, went to store a few times and they couldn't get paperwork from their office. Original rep left so spoke to another rep. They said my quote was now 20% higher. asked to speak to manger on why. 20 years insured - no claims. Premium cost change is what I was told. Manager said he would get back to me. called me to say he is still looking into the situation and would call me end of the day. 3 days later I call back and found out he quit (fired?). Now waiting yet another person. Don't waste your time with these guys!!!
