Delicious ice cream, with lots of flavour and cone options. Relatively clean. Our order took a long time, as there was only a single server, and each person’s order was meticulously weighed on a scale.

Ice cream tasted bland. Creamy but no flavour. The guy who mixed the ice cream hardly even mixed it together so seemed really amateur. I wouldn't go back especially not for those prices

Avoid! Vegan options are inedible. Disgusting. Artificial flavour-filled mess. I am shocked that you can buy a tub of vegan ice cream from Farm Boy with all natural ingredients for $7 and this business is getting away with charging people $10 for a cup of dairy-free ice ew.Plus, the staff have no awareness of dairy free and vegan options. They use the same scoop and area for my dairy-free item as the dairy items. Hello!

May 31st, 9pm. Ordered Mint icecream with brownie and fudge mix in. Tastes very funny as if some chemical was mixed in. We couldn't eat past 2 bites. Coffee flavour on the other hand tasted good and there was no weird taste to it. 1/2 Litre Portion size for the price is also alarming as compared to the competitors.

Ice cream here is real, not made in a factory, creamy, and good. Mix in unlimited amount of toppings without any surcharge. prices aren't too low but often you can get coupons for some good deals. They also have cakes and ice cream sandwiches.They had fewer flavours than I was hoping for but a lot of combinations and a lot of toppings!

The icecream is great, toppings are fresh, even the pop corn taste good.The only problem head office stop accepting the punch cards. You need a smartphone to track your points. No phone no discounts. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean throughout.

Good selection and clean but… just like other mentioned in their reviews, the guy who seems to be the manager does not know abc of customer service. No greeting, no smile, not asking about what mixing to use, not very friendly at all, borderline rude. Seems to be getting worse over the months. Did not even know how to scan gift cards.Rest of the uniformed staff was good. Good customer service and friendly.

I absolutely love the ice cream here and a lovely lady was serving the scoops when i visited on Nov 10 2021. Her name was Alina and the store had a long line of customers waiting, but she was smiling and serving everyone, even suggested toppings for my sundae. The owner really needs to hire more people for the store. They don’t know the abc of running the business, and are just trying to make the most from having one or max two people in the store. The ice cream is good so people return but the poor person serving in the store is running around, doing everything alone.

Ice cream is good. Staff is slow as snails … was in there for 45 minutes with only two people in front of me. 2 staff working but sooo slow. I get it’s a part time job for students but cmon.. have some urgency.

Great flavours and nice staff!Drove from Whitby to this area for their Guava flavour and the store is under renovations (hence closed). We would appreciate if the owner will mention about the renovations on Google.Other than that, good store and the staff always greet you with a smile!
