Atmosphere was like any other subway. Kinda blan. Food was terrifict and speedy. The service could have been better. Flet like the person was rushing for no reason and had rung our order through before completion resulting in needing to enter the order in again because of adding avacado paste to it.

First time I’ve ever had to leave a review because the service was so horrible. Very cheap location with very unfriendly staff, I had a coupon that she refused to use because she said it was new? She then proceeded to call her manager and gave me the phone to talk to her manager about my concerns which was very unprofessional. I told her I would take the coupon to a different subway because clearly they werent trying to let me use the coupon and as I left they started to cuss me out in Hindi. I speak Hindi. Get new staff.

unhygienic and Questionable sanitation. They always reaching over each other to grab veggies for the sandwich and putting their wrists/forearms in the other person’s sandwich to reach over to get veggies for your own. Like just wait… It’s disgusting. A veggie lands on the counter they throw it back into the bin or on your sandwich and you have to tell them you don’t want it anymore! You’d think they’d know sanitation/cleanliness protocols and just throw out that single olive or Jalapeño that lands!! Don’t put it back. Disgusting place.

I went here with my brother and we were essentially yelled at to hurry up. The employees were rolling their eyes at us and giving us sass the entire time. They didn’t even ask if my brother wanted a sandwich aswell (even though he was waiting at the end to get a sandwich too) and they shamed me for not telling them he wanted one. They also had me pay before they even finished the sandwiches, and gave us a complimentary cookie in hopes of getting a tip. By far the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a subway.

As per my experience...I have done many reviews for the different stores.Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

This has to be one of the worse Subway's I've been to (but not the absolute worst).First off, cookies aren't cooked daily and are often stale. Same goes with the bread some days.Their vegetables are FROZEN in their cooler. Yes, the ones they actively use for their sandwiches. You can see this plain as day but they don't bother to turn down the cooler.Today, one of the employees decided to use the 1 sandwich to toast two sandwiches worth of bacon as one was not toasted. Rather than taking the time to microwave the bacon, they decided the 1 toasted sandwich should be coasted in grease.

Sick of getting stale cookies from this location. I believe they are supposed to be baked fresh daily, right? I noticed on my recent visit that there was a big uncovered bin of loose cookies in the fridge behind the counter. I assume that’s yesterday’s or the day before a cookies. Cookies don’t go bad in a day, obviously, but we aren’t paying for day old cookies. We are paying for fresh baked cookies. I also had to request to not be given browning lettuce in my sandwich… I just don’t trust the freshness of the food at this location and will likely not be returning. I did try to leave feedback on the website first but the store number wasn’t accepted on the form, so here it is.

This subway is managed by amazing people. Made a large order for a working lunch and the service was beyond phenomenal specially given there was a snow storm. Starting from delivery to the perfection of variety of sandwiches, salads and other stuff. The store was generous with quantities and our team truly loved it. Keep up the great work :)

good, friendly, quick, and professional staff. At times, I've gone out of my way to go there instead of other outlets. Ingredients are usually very fresh and they add decently-sized helpings without being asked. They even remember my usual order from a week before which is amazing considering how many customers they get. Good store.
