Lots and lots of produce and flowers...love the selection!! The staff is reasonably friendly and helpful. The only drawback...aisles are narrow & often blocked with staff, carts, and boxes.

Dave Young is a terrific spot for the freshest fresh fruit, veggies, pantry staples, dairy and beautiful flowers. Friendly staff and always fully stocked.

Fern, the owner, bends over backwards for her customers. Everything is so fresh. Many lovely specialty items. Flowers too.

Not so fresh. And don’t treat long term customers right at all. I’ve been going here for awhile and usually very happy with the fruit. I had just bought some blueberries that turned fuzzy BEFORE I even opened them and just threw them out completely. When I brought it up to them as I was buying more fruit and I go there all the time they told me no one else complained - nice response. I said I’m complaining right now and she said I would have to bring them back to be replaced and she knew I had already thrown them out. This is not how you treat good customers especially if you know them. Sorry I’m very displeased with this business. I managed to pull the berries out of the garbage to post the evidence of their furry berries.

I know Dave Young is a good and polite store. I have been coming for almost 20 years and everyone knows me. That's too bad if you're coming for 16 years and they don't know you.

This small store has everything you could ever need. Incredible convenience . Produce and flowers are always exceptional

I’m on my last nerve with this place. Walmart delivers and gives you a better price and better service. Here is my biggest issue, this place is small to begin with and isles are covered in stock all over the place and the stickers are constantly in the way with carts and it’s impossible to move around.The prices are insanely inflated for a service that’s mediocre and an experience of shopping is a zero. Not coming back.

Personal service that you just don't find often these days. Fern knows how to run a store. Oh, and want fresh flowers, go here. Or maybe Vicky's Flatbread?

Fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, many other foods items. Very clean, not a big place. We had to take turns and wear gloves to purchase the produce. I noticed that many of the neighbourhood people shop here. They seem to be regular customers in that neighbourhood. Prices are not cheap.

I had to throw out practically a pack of strawberries + blackberries because it appeared to be fresh fruit (organic, may I add) on the top until I opened it and mold contaminated the entire bottom. It's not inexpensive either. I notice they cater their attention to the wealthy folk that place an order for pick up or those that spend over $100.
