Not one to leave reviews but Shane was just so nice I had to leave one. He was nothing but a sweetheart helping me with an Amazon return and I very much appreciated his upbeat attitude and great customer service!

ZÉRO COMPÉTENCE.I sent a letter with full address that came back to me a month after. Reason : address incomplete. The woman here told me she don’t know why the letter came back and I have to repay to re sent it. Basically she provided zero information. So not able to understand and explain the issue and they want me to do the same thing again ? So it will come back to me again ?? Kidding me ?Buy the way, I already sent letter to this exact same address and it arrived so IT IS complete.Total scam

My favourite Canada Post location. All the staff are very professional and helpful but Shane takes customer service to a whole new level. I always leave with a smile on my face. He has such a kind, gentle, and warm aura about him that makes a visit to the post office an experience you actually look forward to!

Amazing service by Shane at this location! Helped me with a huge package and then helped me get the tracking number the next day when I lost my receipt, great customer service!

Shane is an extraordinary asset to Canada Post and provides an amazing customer experience. Friendly, efficient and always provides service with a smile. He is also very knowledgeable on all processes, policies and procedures - rare for a Canada Post retail employee.

Shane is the best. He's kind, patient, doesn't rush you and is quick. His calm and kind demeanour makes you look forward to going to the post office!

Super friendly and helpful staff - and awesome music while you’re on hold

super slow…therefore long lineups. Not open when the website says it issupposed to be open. Mailbox is taped offso you can't put letters in it yourself, you have to hand it to an employee (making you wait in line and also not very confidential). Yes, Shane is nice and helpful but that doesn’t make the line go any faster. People who have to tape, label etc should be asked to move to the side to complete their parcels, so others can get their business done. Susan is awful, she is rude and grumpy. Sometimes your scanner works, sometimes it doesn’t, then the blame is put onto the customer- your label is blotchy, you need to change your ink and their excuses go on and on. Teach your staff how to use the scanner or get a new scanner. One staff member even said ‘here you do it’ so I scanned in all my own parcels. Somehow this doesn’t seem right. And yes I do go to other post offices with no problems, but this one is close to my business and some times I have heavy items and also, time is money. Avoid this location if you can.

It’s not often you get great service when there’s a huge line at any business. The male clerk with the buzzed hair and glasses was super friendly, quick, efficient, and thorough. I go to Canada Post often (between three downtown locations) and this was probably the best and most pleasant experience!

You have someone working for you that just leaves the package in the mail room where anyone can just take the package away. I added delivery instructions through amazon, same thing. Previously whoever is doing it wouldn't bother delivering the package when im home all day they just put an attempted delivery notice in the mail room and don't bother actually trying to give me my package or leave the box at my unit door like instructed. Fack
