I had a legitimate complaint about an adverse reaction to a product and I was treated rudely and unable to find anywhere to submit a written complaint in Canada. I have purchased Allergan products for years and feel very disappointed in their customer service.

The packaging on the tablet I pay for and take every month is dreadful! I’m 83 years old and my arthritic hands aren’t getting any better.. have to cut into the cardboard with scissors and extract the blister board. Too much strength is required of arthritic hands to follow your directions to get into the packaging to retrieve my very expensive medication.Real waste of packaging, my energy and time.

I have extremely dry eyes. Allergan's product, Restasis, is the only product which helps my eyes to feel sufficiently comfortable. One prescription costs $275, however, they give ophthalmologists cards to give to patients to reduce the cost. How can I get a new card? My card has expired and I am having trouble getting a new one, since my ophthalmologist is having trouble getting them from Allergan.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with that provides zero customer service. Too bad there's no other options in Canada for buying Botox and they know it, so they treat their customers terribly because they can. I've dealt with allergan US and they were a breeze comparatively. Canadian allergan really needs to up their game and improve on basic business practices or lose customers to competitors like Galderm and Clarion which is who i will buy from in the future to avoid having to deal with them ever again.

One third of very expensive Restasis eye drops is wasted. One drop into each eye, then a third drop at outlet from unit cannot be saved.

Have joined the Canadian class action lawsuit against Allergan the makers of the breast implants ... I had bilateral breast reconstruction in 2015-2016 and this year found out the these types of implants have caused health side affects and have caused a Type of cancer in other woman and now myself and thousands of other woman around the world may be at risk for this Type of cancer...Class action law suit started July 2018 . These implants are soft textured silicone implants and other styles.. please go to allergan recall info on google and if any woman are out there and have had this done please go check out the recall..
