I have never had such bad customer service when dealing with the owner Ryan. I had a warranty issue it took 5 phone calls and 3 months to receive only 1/2 of the hinge assembly in the mail. I then called hi back advising the other parts of the assembly were missing he advised he was sure how to proceed. Also also never returns phone calls you need to keep calling back. Finally after 9 months I needed to attend its over an hour away in order to get the remaining hinge pieces that were pulled from a trailer on the lot he never did order me the missing warranty parts. Keep looking for another dealer

They explain in a comprehensive way. It all make sense. My purchase had an issue and was easily corrected on Monday because their was no commissioner on Sunday. Knowing you job is one thing, sharing that knowledge to make the interaction great is another. These people have it all. Thank you HUB Grand Park.

I ordered a trailer from them in January of 2022 and it was supposed to arrive on March 25th 2022 and still no word on when it'll be done I've been making payments on it since April 2022 I've been paying for a trailer that i don't have use of and now im having to rent a trailer. I definitely don't recommend someone getting a trailer from here if they are looking for a trailer right away.

Will never buy there again. Have dealt with two trailers bought here and neither's safety was done properly. If you buy from here, I suggest taking the trailer to an independent shop and have them go over the trailer again for you.

My trailer was boùght there 10 years agò. I needed to replace a broken spring. Full cost for two springs with hardware under$70. Great value. Family run, honest.

A year ago I went in looking for a custom made trailer. They told me they could do it and to wait for a quote. I waited a week and it never came. No calls were even returned. I ended up going elsewhere and spending the $11000 they didn't seem to want.Last week I was shopping for another trailer. I live 2 minutes away so I decided to try them again. I filled out a 20min application online for financing this time and never ended up hearing back despite the email I got saying they'd call me. I drive by there every day and the trailer I need is sitting in the lot.I called Action Trailers and within 48 hours I had the trailer I needed... insured, paid for and ready to pick up.I suggest they hire somebody with customer service skills before they end up closing up shop.Never has anyone wasted so much of my time.

I spent $25000 on a custom trailer and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase. The owner (Ryan) never returns calls or emails. The trailer was 4 weeks later than promised which I made very clear at the beginning of the purchase process was VERY important to me. They forgot to do things constantly. Everything was done last minute or not done at all. I can't believe they are still in business.
