I want to give the gentleman that did our plumbing work a great review. Joshua was professional, courteous and honest with us when we needed some extensive work done after pipes burst in our basement. We have had pretty bad luck so far with several other plumbers, which lead to the pipes bursting, as they were done badly on a previous renovation job. He was patient and understanding when answering my and my husband's list of questions, and offered a helpful and quick solution after finding out we had been without water for several days. I would recommend using him as your plumber for work you can trust.

My plumbing technician Bruce T. was particularly helpful by providing me with the different price options for the job and explaining the pros and cons of each choice. I chose to replace two toilets in my house and I am very pleased with my decision to do so and in Bruce's installation work. I highly recommend them.

Great service!! Arrived right on time and work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Andrew Pavao was an absolute pleasure to meet and have complete the various tasks we required. Installed a new kitchen faucet, cleared out a couple blocked pipes and removed and capped plumbing of an old bidet. Andrew was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated his help in deciding which faucet finish to choose and how to best complete the bidet removal job. Would 100% recommend and will continue to use Water Damage Toronto for ALL my plumbing needs at home and in our rental properties.

Joshua M is excellent at his job. Very efficient and thorough and gave me all the information I needed. Excellent work and I would 100% recommend this company and this technician in particular. We had him fix our toilet seal and he also installed our outdoor faucet/tap. His work was perfect.
