Repair and Run - Westboro

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were done repairing my scooter much faster than I expected! I will definitely be coming here again in the future for any more repairs I might need.

We arrived at the shop with an unknown issue that needed a fast solution as my boyfriend needed to ride 200k to Montreal the next day… They were friendly and super helpful : they immediately had a look at the bike and found the issue quite fast. As it was a quick fix in the end, they even let us go without charging us. Thanks again for your help, the ride home was smooth and secure ! Open on Sundays is a plus !

Great technicians clean friendly atmosphere. I break it, and they fix it without breaking me . I'm simply happy with these people. I even bought a new scooter at an awesome price tks yall are great.

I went to them many times and they have friendly nature and good in service but this time i regret to choose them because i went for tire replacement to them and when second day i went for pickup i noticed that there was some noise coming from the rear motor or tire which i never listened earlier and also the handle of my scooter was so smooth but after that it got stuck and it was so hard to move and they also knew that it was not like that earlier when i left my e-scooter to them. I am not sure if they dropped my scooter down or any other incident happened with the scooter but the guy simply said that it wasn’t my mistake and if you need to fix them you will be charged. I went there just for tire replacement but now i got two more problems( stucking handlebar and noise from rare tire).

Really nice, knowledgeable people but disappointing service in this instance.Booked my scooter in for a tune-up at a pre-arranged appointment on Saturday, expecting to pick it up after a few hours. By late Monday PM they still hadn’t even looked at it though. It was then they mentioned that they were so busy it was taking a week for a basic diagnostic.If that’s the case, I don’t understand why they accept same day bookings for scooters they won’t be servicing for a week? That makes no sense. Why not just tell people to drop it off it a weeks time? It doesn’t seem reasonable that people go without transport for a week, while their scooter is just sitting idle in a workshop..For context, I had a service and small repair with R&R last year and I picked up the scooter the same day, so that was my expectation this time too. I realize they’re super busy, but customers should be told the impact that will have on service times, so they can calibrate their expectations accordingly, or find another service provider. If I had known they would need to hold onto my scooter for a week without even looking at it, I would have gone elsewhere.Congrats on R&R’s success though.

Great place to repair the bike. Had issue with a flat tire on my rear wheel. Michael, the guy who fixed the problem, spent around 10 mins to do that, also he explained me how I can do it myself in future. Obviously you always can see such kinda stuff on Youtube, but that's great when someone gives you an advice not asking anything back. A bit pricey, honestly, but with great service even with such a small issue, I don't have any regrets about the money. So thanks a lot, here's your 5 star review :))

Fantastic team. Reliable, knowledgeable, and take pride in what they do! Prices are also good. This will continue to be my main bike repair/maintenance place in Ottawa.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and appreciated my business. Brought in two bikes for a battery and rear tire replacement. Work only took a few days and cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

I found this place when I was out for a walk and they gave me a quote and I brought my bike to them a few days later. They switched out a brake cable and cleaned and greased up the chain and did a fantastic job. My bike feels as good as new and they charged me a fair price and did not try to rip me off or up-sell me on things I don’t need. Excellent customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be returning for all my bike needs!
