To make a long story short my alternator died on me. So i brought it to Don who did a great job on the repair.The cost was some what uncomfortable but when it comes to quality and peace of mind that’s something you can’t put a price on.I will definitely be returning to his shop for any other repairs or maintenance checks on my vehicle.

Took my truck in for a new CV on short notice and they were amazing! They were able to get the part before I came and replaced it no time. Staff was super great to deal with and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trusted shop!

I always bring my 2004 Jeep Liberty here to get serviced! They do the best work at the best price in Edmonton. Whenever I compare quotes they’re always the lowest, fastest, and my car leaves in much better condition than it arrived.They’ve replaced my water pump, valve cover gaskets, crankshaft seal, and my power steering hose. Along with some other random repairs. I love theses guys and highly recommended their service :)

Once again so pleased with the service by Don and the team at Groat Road Auto service. I have been bringing my vehicles to them for over 15 years now and I have never regretted a single visit. It is a rare thing to find a business that is so honest in their service. Don & Mark have never tried to upsell or convince me to make a repair when unwarranted, often refusing to do a service I thought was required. That is why they are the experts and why I keep coming back.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take the time to talk to you before and after the work is done. I had a recurring issue with my vehicle that other large garages had no idea how to deal with and Mark was able to identify it right away. It was such a relief!They are reasonably priced and get the work done fairly quickly. The receptionist was very friendly and easy to work with. My experience has been very positive and would recommend Groat Road Auto service to friends and family.

I have complete piece of mind with this team taking care of my car. They have always been professional and very helpful. I never have to be worried they are going to sell me platinum spark plugs like another shop in Edmonton. If I don't need work, they tell me that and don't charge. They are kind and patient and explain in terms I can understand.

More then once over the years (last week most recently) I’ve called up Groat road auto in a panic with some car crisis! Don Sande always gets on the phone with me immediately and calms me down. He drops everything to fix my car troubles when I get there. He’s simply the best in car and customer service, thanks Don!

Groat Road Auto has always done an excellent job on maintaining my vehicles in a safe condition over many years. Janet, upfront, has a big smile and is very helpful in getting you on your way. Don has frequently given me useful advice in a number of situations of necessary repair and in upcoming maintenance that will be needed. Never have I been surprised with a big expense, not anticipated, without Don having spoken to me first. Service is timely. Today I had new tires installed on my Equinox, which Don and his crew (Mark, Matt and others), squeezed in before our first big snow of the season Thanks so much.
