Paradise Developments - Whitby Sales Office

I bought a townhome from Paradise at Whitby Meadows. Signed 2017, built 2019; approx 6 months off schedule but I was perfectly happy with the changed timeline. I've now lived 1.5 years in my home. my experience with this builder has been overall, amazing. Starting with my search for a new build online, this builder provided tons of information on their website (AOPS, prices, décor selection, floor plans, etc.). Their communication and customer service is excellent; from prior to build to after completion. There were issues along the way (normal stuff; nothing alarming) and they dealt with everything promptly. Even the standard decor selections were impressive – e.g. kitchen cabinets were not the average “builder grade”. They even painted the garage which most builders just leave the drywall. I would definitely recommend this builder. Grass and driveway paving were both completed within the first year and a half which I’ve come to learn is really quick compared to other developers. So much more to say; but overall, very satisfied.

Got a very poor service, purchase a house in Oshawa , Gave us the possession with lots of defects . For appliances , we keep chasing them and no response and make different escapesIts been 1 month we dont have the appliances , we are chasing everyone but no response . I am an investor but will never invest or suggest anyone to go with Paradise

Think twice before buying a home from this builder, uneven drywall finishes, cracks or holes in electrical switch covers , no shower rod and shower glass , towel and tissue holders in two washrooms when the house was closed. They even forgot to put baseboard in two places in kitchen area. Not to mention their association with Bad Boy for appliances is worst nightmare for the customer, basically we live in a world where everything has to be perfect and not defective otherwise you will get to know the true colours. Unbelievable

Nothing is done on time and very poor quality of almost everything.
