LE 32 Clinique Dentaire

I brought my daughter for her first dental appointment. Erica went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for her. Dr. Seidler was thorough and answered all of my questions. They both made going to the dentist fun, I would def recommend!!

AMAZING experience.I hate going to the dentist, as I have VERY sensitive teeth. I bleed a lot and will squirm in pain as soon as any metal tools touch my teeth.Christina, the hygienist was so patient with me and created a personalized treatment plan that would help me get through my cleanings without being traumatized lol.She was amazing and so was the doctor (forgot her name).So grateful to have found a clinic where I feel comfortable :)

Unfortunately my experience was terrible with some of the stuff in this clinic. The Clinique itself is nice, clean and modern. I was a regular patient at Clinique 32 for a few years with dentist Vanessa Del Vecchio. She is an amazing dentist, very professional, passionate about her work, kind and polite. I was transferred to another dentist due to the absence of my doctor and this completely changed my whole experience at this clinique. The replacement dentist was Georgina Lamontagne. At my first appointment she gave me anesthetics and left me completely unsupervised with the chair position upside down for 20 minutes. No one came to check on me and this should not happen as some people can develop a reaction to the injection. My head started to spin and my legs felt numb cause I was in that upside down position for some time. I managed to get up and still waited as nobody came to the room. Then I went outside to find out where they all were. I was just shocked how unprofessional it was. Then Georgina came with her bulging eyes as it seemed all normal to her. I told that I felt dizzy and she should have checked on me and never leave me in the chair upside down. Then she was trying to work on one of my tooth. Her metal tools fell and hit my teeth. I was already so upset plus her unprofessionalism made it even worst. After that we have discussed our following procedures. She had my x-rays, she showed me what had to be done on the monitor and did an estimation for the following appointment. I came in next time and at the second appointment there were additional stories with extra pays of course. I said that this was not the information she gave me the previous time and she should have advised me about this extra charges that might occur. Anyway, it ended up that I was not able to trust her anymore and I asked for the manager to explain her the situation. The office manager Rebecca was not any better . She was rolling her eyes like my problem was very annoying to her. Well , Rebecca you are the manager and you are there to be able to handle this kind of situations and if customer service is so annoying to you maybe your should not be a manager. I am totally shocked by this unethical people that run this dentist clinic. I left the office crying because I have never in my life experienced somebody being so rude and incompetent. If you are going to Clinique 32 then never book with Georgine Lamontagne as she is completely not ready to practice. She should learn about medical ethics as well. Very disappointed!!!By the way get ready to be discharged from the clinic if you do not agree with them and if you express your complaints.

Some wonderful staff but extremely overpriced and the wait times were quite painful! Having an appointment at open time of 9:00 am, one wouldn't expect much of a delay, yet it was nearly thirty minutes before the appointment began. I pay quite a bit for my insurance who pays for 100% of customary charges, but to be billed beyond that is outrageous.

Great clinic. I hate going to the dentist and I have ridiculously sensitive teeth. Le 32 makes my visits as pleasant as possible. They make accommodations for my sensitive teeth and I've always had great service there. Everyone is friendly and pleasant and appointment times are respected. I'd reccomend them.

Always an amazing experience at this clinic! Very professional and experienced staff. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Georgina Lamontagne and I just loved her! What a great addition to their team, she was so caring and really made me feel at ease. Highly recommend this clinic!

Super happy with this clinic and all of their staff! My whole family goes here and loves it, including my 2 year old. Christina is top-notch and I refuse to see anyone else because we love her so much! I've seen both dentists and was very pleased with both of them. They are very transparent with you and take the time to listen and answer your questions thoroughly. I've never had to wait past my appointment time. Can't recommend this clinic enough.

Highly recommend Christina as a dental hygienist she is very thorough as well as patient. Staff at the front is very welcoming and explains everything in detail. Overall, great experience here.

Dr Seidler and her team at LE 32 clinique dentaire are kind, compassionate and professional. I find Dr Seidler is especially great in regards to explaining procedures and possible avenues of treatment. You can see that she has a passion for dentistry and cares about helping people, I'd say that goes for the whole team. I would 100% recommend LE 32!
