The worst hotel in Quebec. After check-out they accuse me of stealing a pillow and withdrawing money from my credit card. also the hotel is noisy and rains" in the breakfast room. to avoid"

Our room was in the basement of this turn of the century inn. The staff were friendly and courteous and spoke both English and French.The breakfast was great as well.

Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to stay, as we had to cancel our trip due to the U.S.-Canadian border closure. We notified the innkeepers by email to the correct address two months prior to our reservation, as we also had to cancel approximately 10 other lodgings for our entire 2.5-week trip to the area. On their website and in our original reservation confirmation email, they say that they only require a 72-hour notice for a full refund. However, they charged us without notification for both nights. When we requested a refund, they refused and said that we had to cancel through their online reservation system. Nowhere on the English" version (as we're American) does it provide an option for cancellation
