This restaurant would be much better appreciated from the inside than its somewhat plain looking exterior. I was told it has been in business for over 20 years. The atmosphere appears unmistakenly African. So are the foods and the way to eat them. Glad I tried it out.

Had a great meal here for dinner. Ordered 1 veg combo and 1 meat combo and shared it amongst 2 people - it was delicious and filling. Service was great, and food arrived quickly. Reasonably priced too, ended up being about 35 bucks for 2 people. I like that they give you wet hand towels before and after your meal - been to several Ethiopian restaurants before and have never had that, it was a nice touch :)

We were very disappointed with our visit to the restaurant. We found the food over priced, I don't even know what the Enjera was made from, and the portions were fairly small compared to what you would get in Toronto. The stew at best was average. We never went back.

Went to the restaurant on recommendation of a friend. Was very surprised with the food. It was very delicious. We tried the Dora tibs and asked for it to be spicy. The Injera was super soft and a must try. The only problem was the service is very very slow. Would definitely look forward to trying some more dishes.

First time here. Service was great as the owner and his son took care of us and helped us with questions and suggestions. This is an authentic restaurant so there are no utensils. You have a form of fluffy crepe that you are to pick up you your food with.Food was very tasty. I would highly recommend for anyone that is a vegetarian. In fact I honestly enjoyed the vegetarian selections more than the meat. Favourite was the red lentils and the eggplant. If you are looking for something different and truly authentic for Ethiopian food this is the place.

Favourite place in windsor. Delicious and really great for groups and sharing meals together. The pricing is great value and the atmosphere is charming and down to earth, I really like it as a date spot or for friend group gatherings.

The food is tasty. Spiced according to the culture and isn't overpowering. Most people go for the sample platters. The choice of platters are vegetarian and meat with a little if everything they offer. The serving size is larger than average so if this is your first time order conservatively. Apparently the coffee is strong and a whole experience itself. You eat with your hands here and they provide towelettes.

First of all, it is not the real Ethiopian tef bread.. the bread is flour bread and the size of the Ethiopian bread is not like this. An Ethiopian person can see and judge... the white people don't know the wonderful food of Ethiopia so they can eat it... customer service must be improved....

Food was amazing! Service was great! We ordered lamb tibs with a veggie platter and everything was phenomenal. Between two people, we devoured the entire platter. Definitely worth going.
