Dr. Robert Saunders

I went to this dentist as a new patient (referred by a friend). I had a good experience with the dental hygienist, Fallon who was very kind and helpful. However, I found the pricing for a cleaning extremely high. There is a $130 charge on the first visit to see Dr. Saunders for five minutes. During this time, he made fairly rude comments about me having visible tattoos as a young professional woman. I found this insulting and will not be returning.

Dr. Saunders was the first dentist to make me notice my habit of gritting my teeth at night - I didn't realize I did this but after they mentioned that I realized no dentist had bothered to identify or bring it up to me before. I'm very grateful for his office and they helped me get a mold done for a night guard very quickly.

Very professional service. Dental hygienists do excellent work. The receptionists are always polite and friendly. The environment is clean and safe. Doctor Saunders is knowledgeable, takes an interest in his patients and even has a sense of humour. Highly recommend.

Dr. Saunders and his team are incredible! Dr. Saunders is very experienced and has a high level of expertise. He is kind and is very patient with nervous patients like myself. Linda, my hygienist is very thorough and knowledgeable. I always have a great experience with this clinic and would highly recommend Dr. Saunders.

Excellent doctor!!!Very thorough and caring. I was terribly afraid of the dentist and Dr.Saunders made me feel most comfortable. I was explained every step of the way of what was happening next into the procedure. Dr Saunders it is very considerate and goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease . Loved my experience there ! All the ladies were welcoming and very professional! I was referred by friends that are coming to this dental practice for many years.I have the most beautiful smile! Grateful!

Dr. Saunders and team are highly caring, professional, proficient. Dr. Saunders makes himself available even on weekends when the office is closed. He has been my prosthodontist since 2001. My mother had a very complicated dental situation as all her teeth were implants from many years ago installed by a less skilled dentist - many of which were beginning to deteriorate quickly. After visiting many other dentists, Dr. Saunders was the only one who we felt comfortable having plan new implants for her, and he did so in a very timely manner. It was a very complex surgery but his expertise helped her install fantastic new implants, so we are very happy.

It was Saturday morning back in March of 2020 and one week into Covid when everything was closed and i broke a tooth. I couldn't get a hold of my dentist in Guelph as it was a weekend and his clinic was closed until further notice due to Covid. My wife is a patient of Dr. Saunders in Oakville and she suggested calling his clinic and so I did. Fortunately the clinic's number was forwarded to Dr. Saunders' personal phone. I left a message hoping to see him on Monday morning while his clinic was also closed due to Covid. Right after I left a voicemail, I received a call from Dr. Saunders telling me that he is willing to meet me at his clinic on Saturday the same day. I went to the clinic and Dr. Saunders took an X-ray himself as no one else was there then fixed my tooth. The best part was that he didn't charge me any extra for an emergency call. Ever since Dr. Saunders became my dentist.Thank you Dr. Saunders for being my dentist and thank you to all your staff.
