Still an interesting place to wander around. Although not stocked as well as it used to be, there is still an interesting selection of men's, women's and children's clothing and accessories. They also have a reduced selection of housewares, footwear some treates, and exercise equipment. Washroom on site, wheelchair accessible with convenient wheelchair parking right out front. Prices are reasonable and there are some good deals if you search.

Well organized in pandemic protocol. Social distancing, sanitizer and masks are in order. Love it. As usual great choices for everything they sell is excellent quality and good pricing. The place to shop for sure.

This location has to be the worst winners I’ve ever been to. The only one so far where I struggled to find little compliment gifts and the customer service sucks. The girl from the jewelry counter tonight is not as smart as she think she is. All she had to do was explain that I had to go exchange the other items then come back to purchase the jewelry. Instead, she cashed everything knowing that my purchases would solely be based on wether or not I could return the previous purchases, while having the knowledge that she couldn’t do the exchanges. After I refused to pay for everything without the returns being done, she got an attitude as if I didn’t communicate the purpose of the transaction to her. I followed instructions she should have given by going to the front cashier first, then returning to the jewelry counter to pay for the jewelry. When I got back, her attitude was worst than the first time, as if I was the one who failed to communicate basic steps to the customer. Won’t happen again though.

2022 March 3.5★Like other Winners' this store isn't any different. A good selection of products which are supposedly discounted of the retail value. Of course, the retail value can vary as it doesn't include any discounts that could've been offered. So effectively, their price is really a discounted price or sale price which may or may not be a great deal. It's certainly good marketing.Having said that, their clearance prices can be good.This location has a lot of clothing and seems like a little less electronics than others. Otherwise, it's about the same as any other Winners.Lots of parking available in the plaza. Just off the highway and easy to get to.

There are many winners better than this location, No wonder this location is almost empty whenever I visit

I had one of the worst and most embarrassing retail experiences of my life here.The cashier Grace was discourteous, impolite and very rude.She made a simple process unnecessarily and overly complex and has borderline racist attitude.She took my ID without explaining why she needs it, and exchanged my product without consent or communication. All I wanted was a simple return/refund.I have given this cashier multiple chances to reedem themselves and am only writing this review after the third bad encounter.I'm sorry to say this but she is often in a bad mood and should not be customer facing.The only good thing was their manager, who was empathetic and stopped what he was doing to hear us out. I appreciate it but this event left a sour taste in our mouth.I hope they improve this behaviour as we shop at TJX every week, and this is the first time in 8 years someone was this rude and careless.

I always like to shop at winners.I find what I need instantly.

I have never been so insulted in my life. I have always shopped at this location (Thickson Ridge Power Centre) after today I will never again purchase anything from Winners. I came here today with my family and I feel like the supposed" manager whose name is Carrie treated me so rudely because I look visibly Chinese or she has a bias to all asians. This negative experience occurred as there was no more sanitizer wipes left at the entry that we could clean the cart handle for my Elderly father to use so I thought I would just use the sanitizer solution and the paper towels on one of the carts. As I was using the sanitizer she grabbed it from me and told me that I can not use the solution as it's only for trained staff. I reiterated that I need something to clean the cart handle with as the sanitizer wipes at the entry was not available and she just arrogantly told me that I was not to use their sanitizing solution as it's for trained staff only. I then asked what should I do then and she just kept reiterating that I could not use their sanitizer as it's for trained staff only and she said she will have someone check the sanitizer dispenser rudely and she walked away from me so smugly."
