Talented ladies, saving a really bad hair cut received elsewhere.

Went in to get my hair trimmed... the lady was so agressive when she was combing hair and bangs, she was rushing, pulling and scraping my scalp with the comb, and then caught my eyebrow piercing in the comb and nearly ripped it off my face, it hurt so bad and when I got to look at it my eye was so swollen and sore and bleeding.... I was so embarrassed and upset that I just wanted to cry. I sat there quietly until she finished evening my hair out got up and went to go pay and she said oh I feel so bad about your eyebrow ring so I'm only going to charge you $17.80" ..... which is the price of the haircut anyway.... she just took off the $1.30 in taxes which just furthered the humiliation... I was going to pay for the haircut anyway because I was just so embarrassed I wanted to leave ASAP but the fact that she insulted me by trying to make it seem like she was fixing her mistake when she wasnt. Now it's almost a week later and my eyebrow is still swollen and sore and most likely reflecting the piercing now. I am so disappointed in how I was treated

Friendly staff. Good price. I have been getting hair cuts here for over 4 years and never had issues. Some times there is a bit of a wait but rarely excessively long.

I love them! The staff is always friendly, cheerful and do their best to give the best work and the price is amazing. And if I don't want to talk which is often when getting my hair done, (it's time to relax!) They're great with understanding that. Love our First Choice.

I went in to purchase a hair product but could not pay with debit or credit she said was down so checked my cash and was short one dollar but had enough in American cash witch she would not accept she said go to gas station machine to get more cash but I do not use them as I had my card compromised in one before so with the rudeness and one short you have lost a customer for good.
