L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

I absolutely love this place! A wide range of botanically based products for face, body and home. My personal favourites include the whole Verveine (lemon verbena) line-fresh, lemony, it's great for the whole family and their Almond line, particularly the shower oil and spray body oil. It smells divine! These products work beautifully and smell amazing! Great for gifts too.

Terrible customer service. I was there January 24th, this chubby girl who was working there told me she had to throw away everything I've touched or smelled. There was no sign telling me not to smell or touch their products. I understood her intentions, and stopped doing so, but she shouldn't have talked to a customer in such a rude manner. She was wasting the company's products. She was obviously having a bad day and was trying to take it out on me. I was planning on buying quite a few items but I had to put down all the items. The owner should have never hired such an employee, I was a regular customer at this store, I would shop at this location each time I visit niagara falls, me and my family have spent almost a thousand dollars altogether in the past at this location since the products are priced cheaper. But definitely never going back there again, especially if I see the same employee working there.

I had such a terrible experience today. January 24th around 3 o'clock. This chubby lady who worked at the store wouldnt allow me to smell the body cream that I was planning on getting. She said she had to throw away everything that I've smelled or touched. Never had this type of experience before, and I'm usually not a difficult customer. I put down all the items that I was planning on buying. The owner should never allow such a rude employee to work there. I was too offended by the poor customer service.

I witnessed one of the bigger blonde girls behind the counter talking direspectively to my gf for touching something on the shelf on Jan 24th this year. I could see, if there was a sign up how she would have gotten upset, but there was no sign not to touch anything. Also, as an employee , you should never get upset at a customer and show them disrespect. She claimed that since she had touched one of the items that it was no longer able to be sold because of covid, or should have been purchased by her. If you expect people to follow such structures guidelines then put up a sign. Don't go to this store.

Decent selection and friendly staff. Some of the “deals” were laughable though. There was an item that said “regular price: $42, outlet price: $41”. Some items had better discounts but not amazing prices on things. Still enjoy their products and was happy to get what I needed without any hassle.

Incredible service from Meghan (Store Manager), she helped me find things to try as I have bad skin allergies. truly top-tier service. Thank you so much!!!!!

This is one of my mom's favourite stores. I went in here yesterday with my family and thought the selection and staff were great, too.
