I have never had bad food nor bad service at this Restaurant Jeff, his wife and all their staff are awesome. Unfortunate that they had to change from the new new most awesome fries back to his old faithful really good fries. Still the best fries in the city that are not hand made.

Always looked forward to ordering pizza from Western. The delivery driver was always awesome and made the experience so much better. Lately I find I don't enjoy the pizza as much and I believe it has to do with a new delivery person. My favourite delivery driver was always cheerful and bounced up my steps. She always chit chatted for a minute suggesting I should go to the restaurant and eat there of these days. It's amazing what the delivery person does to your experience. Wonder where she is now? Wish she was still delivering my orders.

Bar side is a great place for a quick lunch, can't go wrong with the soup and sandwich. Staff if great.

I grew up eating this pizza and something has changed with the crust maybe the brand of flour? I have ordered from the location on University Park drive but the crust is just off. Anyway I am no longer a customer after 42 years. That crust used to be to die for now it just nasty.

The food was awesome! But... the service was not great, we had one round of drinks in 45 minutes and the only way we got another drink was when we went and ordered at the bar ourselves. Our server would rather sing karaoke then give good service, they seemed like they served there regulars before anyone else too.But you must try the pepperoni pizza! It was decently priced and tasty!

Came in for supper and we were not disappointed. My steak sub was awesome. Servers are friendly and come around often to check how things are and if anything is needed. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
