typical small town pharmacy. everyone is helpful and friendly and very professional. i dont know why I used to go Shoppers!

The staff and especially Cindy are just fantastic. Cindy questioned on a couple of times the type of medication that was prescribed, because of interactions or alergies. Best pharmacist in town that's for certain

100% recommended! I send everyone I know to the downtown IDA on Concession in Russell. Family run, the owners are almost always there.You are always greeted with a pleasant hello from staff. They go above and beyond to assist you with your needs. They can always get your prescription in in very reasonable time. I have had many pleasant experiences with this pharmacy.I previously made the mistake of assuming that they may have a more difficult time getting more complicated prescriptions as they are a small store, boy was I wrong. They have exceeded all standards, even offering to deliver my prescription to my home.I changed insurance companies and had not yet received my insurance card, Cindy (the store's owner, who works the front line all day) just about did a hand stand to try and get the insurance to cover the medication. She tried inputting the little details I had, called the insurance, and was put through to an adjuster, she literally did it all! This is the quality of service they put out every time you go!The store is immaculate, it feels clean, the isles are large, without clutter.If you have any questions about remedies or over the counter medication, the pharmacist always makes time to discuss your symptoms, asks questions and always gives complete and honest recommendations.Give them a try, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Ok meds but when I called to ask them to transfer my medication they didn’t tell me I had to contact the receiving pharmacy and told me they were doing it.

Incredibly friendly and professional staff! The employees and the pharmacist are always so helpful and welcoming. Every single time I’ve come here either to fill a prescription or buy something from the store it is always a pleasure - the staff truly go above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

For those in the russell area or who are close by. This is hands down best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I was overwhelmed, stressed and just wanted to get my son his meds he required. This was the only pharmacy willing and able to help within a reasonable timeframe. I was given the best costumer experience. Caring and so helpful. The pharmacist made a calendar schedule with dosage increase for us for liam. Thanks for making this mom beyond greatful and extremely appreciative for all your help.
