I highly recommend Fraser Valley Counselling to any couples who are seeking couples counselling, relationship counselling, or family counselling. The setting is professional and Tina is wonderful. She has offered educated advice and counselling services to us for over 3 years now. FVC is part and parcel of our health and wellness maintenance and journey.

Tina is a warm and caring person. She is very easy to talk too, a great listener, and has a wonderful sense of humour. You feel a sense of comfort in her presence. I would highly recommend her. She has really helped me through these trying times in my life and I feel lucky to have found her.

I have been coming to Fraser valley counselling for a few months now and I have to say I am so happy with Kamalpreet Kaur as she listen she makes me feel heard and that I am not wrong when I feel I am she has been amazing in every way I recommend this company as well as Kamal if you need a counselor and need answer I find this office to extremely open understanding and caring I will continue going to this office to see Kamal and I will be recommending it to everyone I know that is looking for a good counselor.

My husband and I have started seeing Tina Cooke (the owner) for couples therapy and she is absolutely amazing. We love her honesty and advice and she's just so refreshing to talk to and catch up with. We truly look forward to therapy and she's helped us tremendously. Even my husband looks forward to seeing her weekly. We walk out of her office just feeling so positive and calm. We definitely recommend Tina to anyone looking for couples counselling. FFVC is an excellent mental health service provider. I started seeing Jean-Luc during the pandemic and found him to be a kind, professional, and knowledgeable provider. The administrative staff were quickly to respond to and act on inquiries and requests. I was made to feel very comfortable and am very happy with the experience as a whole. I think that locking the waiting room to the public works a bit against the vibe of the place but considering what part of town it is it could be overlooked. Good place to go if you need help!
