To noisy, some people chatting around.They should have some quiet rooms.

Everyone is saying friendly staff! They sit in their chairs merely to CHAT with other staff member, not doing anything to customers. I brought my stuff to the front desk and asked a staff to watch them for me for 5 mins only while I rush to the washroom and he doesn't wanna do that! I really hate people who occupy some positions, fill their pockets with a nice salary, yet don't wanna work!

Has quiet areas inside. Nice little garden outside and great location. Great language learning resources at this location!

About a month ago today I got scammed from a lady at this libary (It's a long story what happened). When I confronted the libary staff and asked for help as well as guidence on my situation they didn't really cooperate nor help me much but just told me to deal/figure it out on my own". This was the first time coming and WILL NEVER COME BACK.BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE!!"

TLDR: Printer died, I needed something printed, didn't have a library card and was set up in the system and helped by superb staff very quickly. 10/10 will be back.*************************My favourite library when I was a teen is now my favourite library as an adult.Years ago, my sister and I would come to this location and take out just slews of books to read over the summer. I'd often take out an entire book series to finish it in two week and be back for more. In University I spent time there looking for references and doing research for my classes.Now as an adult - I went there because my printer died and I needed to print out something important. I hadn't been to a library in (gasp) 15 years easily, and so had to start from scratch.Enter Steph, the incredibly polite and helpful staff member who had me set up with a new library card, a printing account, money in the account processed and my print done from my phone in a flash. Efficient doesn't even cover it.Within 10 minutes I had my printout and was happily carrying on a great conversation with Steph about books and all manner of things.Thanks Don Mills Branch and Steph in particular for making my day. I look forward to walking the isles and finding a book to pour myself into like I used to.

Really quiet, everyone well distanced, staff was polite and attentive. Excellent visit.Got some excellent help from the librarian today, thank you!

Best library! I have never been to a library with such excellent seating arrangements and other facilities. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. The overall environment is pleasant, making it the perfect place for individuals seeking a quiet space to work or study for a few hours. The atmosphere is conducive to concentration, allowing you to accomplish your tasks efficiently. I highly recommend this library to anyone in need of a productive workspace.

very comfortable with a big area for children, teens and adults. sitting area are quite comfortable. the building is old, but it is cleanparking is good too

The Toronto Library system is fantastic! The web technology is ideal for selecting books and having them brought to your local library. The staff at the Don Mills branch are friendly and helpful. I don't watch TV or even own one for that matter so the library is my source for entertainment through reading. It's an important part of our society.
