Probably the most depressing laboratory service location I have ever seen (I have seen multiple throughout Northern BC, Edmonton, Winnipeg). Dirty, rude staff, line ups to just ask simple questions because no information is posted on walls. Only use this location if absolutely necessary.

I’ve never been to this location. The Sunridge professional location was where I had an appointment. Which even though my appointment was set for a specific time, it took well over an hour to be seen. No respect for peoples time. Poor time management.

Very bad service, the people here aren't nice and yell at people who are sick. At 2:40 we came and it closes at 3:00. Instead of telling us we were too late, she yelled at us and said she would have to work over time.

We are always treated with respect and the service is fast and painless .. my husband and myself both have to have labs services every 3 weeks . It’s just sad that we now must go to the other labs . Which are not friendly or fast ..

These people are lasy rude and careless, I was there and had an appointment still I had to Waite inthe smae line as walk ins I arrived 20 minutsbefore my time, by the time I checked in it was 20 minute passed my appointment , I waited another 30 minuts as I was going to work soil asked the Asian lady at the front desk I'm getting late she so rudly and carelessly answerd that's your problem and next time take more time between your working appointment. So rude and un professional.

When we went here for the babys first ultrasound they wouldnt let me in the room while my wife was getting the ultrasound as we clearly asked them. By the time they sent me in to see, I was no longer feeling the vibe as my wife was disappointed that we couldnt share the moment together. As soon as I came in the room the lady gave me a half a minute glimpse of the baby which didnt matter cause I was too busy talking my wifes anger down. it was the most cold treatment ive ever recieved and I will never forget that day till the day I die. We will never step foot in that place again.
