Done first 600 miles at sycamore. Easy to find. Courtesy vehicle provided during the service for extra 10£. I am slightly confused with the total price. As on the phone, it was 40 £ less. Overall, it was good, friendly,and hassle free. The bike was washed. Free coffee upstairs.

Popped in to look at options for a replacement windscreen for my 1250GS. Really helpful, clear, and unbiased advice from Dan in parts choosing the best one for me. Purchased! Good advice given with regards to options and suitability of an upcoming purchase of boots and Sat Nav. Loads of hints, tips and recommendations given in general, much appreciated!

Can safely say that the service I received was excellent - Would highly recommend Mike B for being such a cool, genuine and over nice person to deal with. Even after picking up the bike it was nice to receive a text in the evening just simply to wish me well and check the bike is all good... little things like that make a huge difference and as mentioned, I highly recommend him....Also I'd like to give a nod to Dan in parts as he helped sort things for me also - Dan is much like Mike and nice guy to deal with.Overall - I've had an excellent experience so far - Sycamore Motorrad Peterborough get a thumbs up from me. 10/10 !

Test rode an R18, Tuesday last, sadly not for me (prefer my foward controls), beautiful bike though and so easy to ride. Called in on spec after applying online and have to say that Ian could not have been more accomodating. A far cry from another dealer, in, rhymes with Scrorthblampton, whose response was frankly abysmal.Thanks,Ian.

I decided about a month ago to part exchange my Kawasaki Versys GT for something a bit more exciting. I contacted Sycamore Motorrad in Peterborough and heard very quickly from Sales Executive lan Halliwell.Ian arranged a test ride at very short notice on a BMW R Nine T Urban GS. Ian was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and in person.After the test ride I knew I wanted to buy the bike. Ian sorted out a decent price for my Kawasaki and offered an attractive sales package.A week later I collected my new bike without any problems because Ian made the finance, part exchange and buying process as smooth as possible.All in all, the whole experience at BMW Sycamore Peterborough was nothing but positive as were my dealings with Ian Halliwell. I have no hesitation in recommending both Ian and Sycamore Peterborough.

I cannot praise the maintenance team and Garry in particular highly enough. He is simply the best I have ever encountered. The team not only go the extra mile, but they’ve gone further than I could ever possibly have imagined. They have an integrity hard to find. Even though it’s a distance to get to them, it’s well worth the journey. 10 stars!

This is my second Bmw GSA I have owned and in that time i have being trying to find a motorrad dealer, that would look after me&my bike,which to be honest has been really hard to find.But I can say for sure now that I have found the right dealer for me,from the moment of phoning them up the conversation was positive and polite, I spoke with a guy called Gary who was outstanding with his customer service, and gave me nothing but confidence in the dealership.As for the bike being serviced, it was amazing firstly they came and collected my bike from my house, they carried out a 12k service and also all the Bmw recalls required and delivered it back at a great price, the delivery guy also was professional and a really nice guy to talk to.Overall the whole experience was superb.well done to the Peterborough team, I will be in soon to meet the guys I spoke to.
