Derick was friendly, professional and went out of his way to help me with the tow that I needed. He told me exactly where my vehicle would be kept and gave me all of his contact information. He was available when I needed to get my vehicle. He helped me with the insurance company so that I was back on the road in no time.

DO NOT TRUST DEREK WITH YOUR CAR!!!He'll hold it hostage for whatever he can gouge from your insurance company. He also partners with some other companies such as a no.name car rental place that had no cars to rent us. The last car they rented was brought back due to no tread on the tires. The compound where he stores the cars shut down over Christmas so Derek made sure he was unavailable until Friday at 5pm when they were closing before we were able to catch up to him. The compound is accessible (not gated)so I had no idea why he wouldn't be able to return the car

I would never support a company that would openly litter in public. Literally throwing several pieces of trash out their window in a parking lot when there is a trash can that is a 30 second walk away. People like this are gross. If you have the energy to open your door and drop an entire box of fries along with other trash then maybe try to gather the strength next time to actually walk them to a trash can, how embarrassing.

This company is very untrustworthy and unprofessional I would not trust them with your car. First off after they tow your car it is taken to some random yard instead of their yard on Ferndale and when you try to contact Derrick it is almost impossible to reach him. Not only that but he’s hold your car hostage and sucks as much money as he possibly can out of your insurance. Would not recommend save yourself the time and money.
