Great store full of amazing items, sad part one staff member doesn't seem to listen to their customers more focused on trash talking when ringing you up. You ask for seperate transactions or something to be done or rung up a certain way, instead you get a power tripping ahole who is telling you how they are going do it then, demanding you to repeat yourself a few times and I was nearly yelling what I needed and with obvious hints as to what i wanted. Rude clerk, horrible customer service, please retrain your staff. Even my children noticed his arrogance towards customers.

I really like this dollar store. Their store us always clean, bright, and fresh looking. They sometimes get brand name stuff in. They are quite a big store so they have lots of variety. The staff are pleasant. This particular Dollarama has some one off items you will not find at other dollar stores. I heard on the radio that their prices were increasing and the staff confirmed it, but the company made the decision to start purchasing higher quality items that were less wasteful and so those will be higher priced and not the cheaper items price increasing.

Very very unfriendly personal, was looking for stuff and put it in the hoodie to buy more stuff and she was very unfriendly and said I’m stealing. Terrible stuff. I wanted to put it back, so I can leave, and she didn’t wanted to wait. Young lady with curly hair. Terrible service. They lost 50 bucks. Very disappointed!

Well, the store itself is great most of the staff is very helpful however on my last visit I wasn't too impressed with the brightly coloured haired employee that was working in the floral department. Not very Covid friendly. Never a word spoken but the body language was very clear that I was in HER way, to the point of her blocking exactly what I was looking at with a box and ladder. If the section was closed, which they don't do, then just speak it!! It was all I could do to not ask her what her problem was. Not a great experience sad to say.

There was a wide variety of items to choose from. The place was clean and organised. The staff were polite and helpful. I definitely will go back there again.
