We had Jonathon come to do an inspection on my roof and hidden gutter. I was so impressed that I asked for a quote and didn't bother getting another as I knew I found the firm I was looking for. I was correct as they proved to be very thorough, honest, and did a fantastic job. They also impressed some of neighbours who commented about the work they did and how respectful the crew ,(Tim and Chad) were. Just last week someone who lives in the area wanted contact number as they were going to hire them for roof replacement. By the way the quote was better than I thought it would cost. I would and have recommended what I consider the best roofers in Nanaimo.... Allterrain Roofing.

Got a quote in Jan 2020. Followed up numerous times by email and work never done. They contacted me Mar 3 2021 stating they were sorry that they had let my job fall off their list and assumed I had the repair done by someone else. I said I had not and gave them another chance to come. A roofer was sent out and I heard nothing again. I followed up Mar 8 as I had heard nothing and to ask what was going on. I received a reply Mar 10 and was told the roofer did the fixing and they would send my invoice. We then checked the roof and no work had been done at all. I emailed back with pics and was told they would look into it and get back to me. That was Mar 10 and I have again heard nothing from them and it is April 22. I am glad I checked and did not pay the $790 invoice if it ever would have been sent. The amount of times I contacted this company over a year and 3 months is crazy and no work done and left hanging twice. I was more than patient and willing to give another chance as I understand things get missed sometimes but this is ridiculous.

I thought I had rated Jonathan and his team years ago when he roofed my shop.They’re down to earth, punctual, do great work and we actually heard one of them singing with their music up there lol.Awesome bunch of guys and the respect they have for Jon is evident. Highly recommended.
