At the On Route southbound by Dutton Ontario. They refused to take my debit card as they want customers to use the order kiosks. 2 of the kiosks were not working and the 3rd one, a large family was trying to figure it out. Waited for 20 minutes and went back and told them the 2 weren’t working and they still refused to let me order unless I was paying cash. I wanted to place a large order for our workers who just finished harvest. Will not go to any Popeyes ever if that is how they treat customers. During this time they lost 2 other orders because of this. Tim Hortons was happy to take order as the kiosks were not working. Very disappointed as we liked going to Popeyes. Not anymore

This is for real. Employees refuse to take your order at the counter so they can lean and hang out in their phones.Instead you need to go to a kiosk on the other side of the restaurant (red ring way on the other side of the rest station) to battle a horrible user interface to search for your food.Never again….

Service was very friendly and fast. Food was steaming hot and fair portion for price. Could use more cajun (not french) fries.Quite good Spicy Chicken sandwich. It is one piece of chicken, not a flat chicken patty, with lots of just spicy enough sauce in brioche like bun... this is half of the sandwich (sorry, photo was my second thought).Also had the 12 pack chicken nuggets. They're just as good. I didn't count to see if they were adjusting for size variation. Some big, some a bit small. I was sharing those.

I can see why this is rated a 2 star. Staff are rude and I asked the server for the head office number after i asked for lettuce and tomato and she said no you ordered a different sandwich" .to which the Manager said go online and find it . No hair nets or caps are worn in the kitchen area. Hopefully I don't have to come here often"

This was my first time at Popeyes. Coming from Toronto in bus and was really hungry. Ordered chicken. Sandwich combo. There was no drink in the fountain machine.The lady said it will be a minute. Then she left. Tried again and there was no drink. Again asked the lady and then she said there is no drink. Finally she gave me a bottled drink. Lost the time allowed by the bus driver. Tried to eat the chicken sandwich and fries and both were oily and tHe ol was dripping from them. Threwthe whole food in trash. Worst ever experience at this fast food chain. Lost my hunger in addition to the price I paid. Will never enter Popeyes restaurants anywhere..

Worst Popeyes location I have ever been to by far! If you are out of stock of an item, put it on the board so someone doesn't wait 20-30 min in line just to find that out!! Also, quality is just horrible... do better popeyes

Nearly $12 before tax for a 2 piece combo, and I received a wing and a leg. The two smallest pieces. Total rip off. Never going back.

I’ve been to this Popeyes a few times now and it is truly incredible how slow they are. The staff will sit in front of you and talk for 10 min before taking your order

Awful!!!! Run far, far away!Disgusting food cooked in rancid oil! If you’re into getting sick and wanting a trip to the hospital, eat here! This location should be closed down for health code violations!When I complained to the polite staff that my food was complete dog$hit thrown into a box, they immediately returned my money and they indicated that management won’t address the complaints, clean the kitchen or change the oil. Nasty place!! Management should be forced to eat here, clean the dump and be fired!Two thumbs down! Way down!!
