Real Fruit Bubble Tea
When I order a Taro its good. But whenever I order a mango slush with tapioca I found some strands of plastic in it and I can feel it in my mouth.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
The bubble teas are great, but pretty pricy, almost of these places are. Nice and bright, fun colours and really nice staff. Fresh fruits are always a plus. It's located near the food court on the upper level across from sunrise records.They have a self serve board for ordering and customizing your drinks. I personally love the jelly balls that pop in your mouth!

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Asked for a drink with tapioca pearls, was tomd it would take 10 minutes, which I was okay with. After a 25 minute wait, I was given the drink with homemade pearls instead. When I mentioned this was the wrong order, they said it would take another 15 minutes for the tapioca pearls I had ordered. “They taste the same, just take this one.”

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Very friendly environment, customer service is phenomenal. I’ve been to different location of real fruit but this location welcome you. Stuff are nice and they make sure to repeat and correct orders and serve a fantastic drink. Very fresh and healthy. Manager is nice too she surely makes her stuff always happy. Everytime we come they look happy and having a great conversation no awkwardness to be seen as other work environment.

We love real fruit but every once in a while, they mix up our order or just don’t pay attention to the order. We ordered a mango slush and strawberry and banana smoothie. I would not have known the strawberry and banana smoothie had strawberry in it. It was all banana and tasted like mashed banana baby food. Their customer service isn’t the friendliest and if you attempt to inquire about something regarding your order, you could be met with displeasure.

The worst customer service I experienced ever in Ottawa. The guy was working, was rude and asked me extra money for a cup! Ridiculous! I told him, I am not gonna give a good review based on my experience and he replied that doesn’t matter!For sure, I will not visit the store ever! It sucks!!

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
I got the Mango Diamond Slush with pearls. The mango flavour was legit! I was expecting more mango chunks though and some of my pearls were clumped together, plugging up my straw. My partner got the almond milk tea with pearls and his drink was good without clumping.

Ordered avocado smoothie. Found small pieces of wood type thing. Took it back the certified trainer that was serving me didn't look too happy. She remade it for me but with no topping, when I told her that she didn't add the topping she said you already had the topping" so I paid over 11.00 dollars for a small avocado smoothie and still didn't get what I ordered."

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
It was ny first time ordering here, really good service, very friendly, it has a nice atmosphere, I thought maybe a bit slow with the orders but pretty good in my opinion. I ordered the Mango diamond slush it’s pretty good, it comes with free mango chunks and the pricing for the juices are really good. In overall I recommend this place.
