I spent close to 10 years saving for real estate before I purchased an Aria Towns unit. Then after waiting 1 year for my condo to be built, they took the rug from underneath all 116 of us to terminate our contracts. Now, this real estate market is next to impossible. We spent so much time being patient when we should have been investing in a more affordableApparently the ground was contaminated but it took them over 2 years to realize that! POOR planning on Aberdeen! The overall inconvenience of this is truly devastating to me!!!

Just wanted to say, look for other builders. Their houses/new developments might be appealing to the eye at first, but you will get very disappointed once you sign a contract and confront so many issues concerning the poor-quality of the products they use as well as the unresponsiveness of their customer service. Basically you don’t get what you pay for and you are gonna regret giving up all the other beautiful places you could own for the rest of your life, as a result of your poor choice. I would only recommend this company to my sworn enemy.

I would echo the complaint below about Aria towns. The company is unprofessional and does not follow through on their end of the agreement. This is before a grain of sand has even been moved so I can only imagine the displeasure you will have as you work through one of the biggest purchases of your lives. Avoid at all costs!

They rip off there sub trades forcing us to put leans on the home buyers. Buyers beware! I had to put leans on units 8,9,15,16 on there Lancaster St units. My Apologies to the condo owners. There nothing but scammers!

These guys are complete rookies, I've had the displeasure of looking at a few of their developments and even a few years after completion, the subdivisions look like war-torn ghost towns. Like you're almost expecting to find dumped bodies level ghost town. The construction is apparently shoddy as well to boot.

Strangely, I am in one of the units that they mention having a lien on....there is no lien on my condo??I have nothing but praise for all the Aberdeen staff and my condo! It is beautiful! Everyone has been more than helpful and accomodating, even with my crazy requests!!They have been responsive to all my concerns since moving in 2 months ago, and have helped me with all my questions!I have been reccomending Aberdeen Homes to everyone looking to buy a new home!Thanks Karen, Darrin and Kelvin!
