Was initially disappointed due to a faulty box of masks. However, Healthy Apparel very quickly rectified the issue and provided 2 new boxes to replace the defective ones in under 24 hours!Steller service in my books!The icing on the cake is a local Canadian company!

Bought a box of 50 of their 3-ply disposable adult medical masks (gray colour) and have to return them to London Drugs as the ear loops are loose (had to twist them before putting them on) and kept sliding down as I talk. You open the box, no plastic package and too soft that mask slides down your face. Not safe at all! Can’t believe they’re made and tested in Canada of lower quality than the ones I previously bought from other stores made in China.

Although we liked their product they aren’t making it easy to replenish our supply. Our drugstore no longer sells their masks, there’s no telephone number on their website for us to call & our emails have gone unanswered after a month. Not at all impressed.
