Leroy did an *amazing* job at repairing my grandfather's antique captain's chair. Excellent care with a much-loved piece of family history, and very professional attention to detail, minimizing repair lines and matching colour.

Saw all the wonderful reviews and was looking to get a quote or some idea of what it would cost to get my great grandmothers dinning table and sideboard repaired and resorted. The man on the phone was not helpful at all, and seemed bothered that I was looking around for prices and for someone knowledgeable enough to work on these very important pieces of furniture. He kept telling me to do research and that I was looking for the cheapest price, even though I made it very clear multiple times that was not the case. Would not recommend unless you enjoy be accused of being cheap and not doing your research.

It took long time but we are truly happy to have this chair done by him.Thank you so much for your suggestions and hard work. We really applicant your effort. Our 50 years old family treasure is now with us for another 50 years. It was a lot of money but we really thing it was worth it to get leather from Italy so end product was prefect.We will for sure to go back to him for next time.Thank you Leroy, you did a very good job.

Was told I had to bring my product in for them to give me an evaluation/estimate. The cushion in question is fabric. When I asked if they would be wearing gloves while examining my cushion in lieu of the highly contagious COVID variants, I got a flip answer. Because of that, I asked again to confirm if they would wear gloves, and I got a highly condescending answer. This speaks to their professionalism to me, and I would not trust this business. If there is no integrity upon the initial contact, I hardly believe there would be integrity in the work.

I share a similar experience with another review. I felt they did not want my business, was too busy for me and was happy when I suggested that I will try elsewhere. They may do great work, but I couldn't get past the unfriendly" customer service."
